Superintendant Charles Smithen, Head of The Criminal Investigation Division told The Basseterre Court today that the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force would be returning Khrystus Wallace's computers on Wednesday, 29th October, 2014 at 9 am.
Although KVK ENTERPRISES - www.kvklives.com and The Wallace's computers would be returned, that isn't the end of Brother Khrystus Sedition Case with The Federal Government of St. Kitts and Nevis.
Smithen asked the court for more time to prepare for the Sedition case as they were just through with doing their investigations since Monday, 27th May, 2013 and he needed to write a final report to submit to the Director of Public Prosecution.
The sitting adjudicator adjourned the case until January, 2015. The police threw Brother Khrystus into jail for a period of six (6) months, working with the SYSTEM to deny him bail in an effort to SILENCE HIM and scare him away from politics.
The authorities radically entered The Wallace Family Residence and KVK ENTERPRISES - www.kvklives.com without a search warrant, searched the property for drugs, guns, ammunitions, took all of the Wallace's and KVK ENTERPRISES Laptops, Desktops, External Hard Drives, Pen Drives, Cellular Phones and some of the businesses files crippling Brother Khrystus' business since 27th May, 2013 forcing him to fight to rise again and start all over again.
Lawyer Nassibou Butler upon exiting the Sir Lee L. Moore Judicial Complex today commented, "This case has become a very, very, very serious case and I really don't know what game Prime Minister Dr. Denzil Douglas, (Minister of National Security) is playing with you (Khrystus Wallace), KVK ENTERPRISES and The Wallace Family. This is very serious business though!"
Khrystus Wallace's parents are Mr. Jefferson Wallace and Mrs. Yvette Wallace, M.Ed both retired Civil Servants of The Federal Government of St. Kitts and Nevis.
The return of KVK ENTERPRISES' - www.kvklives.com computers is expected to return the small business to its FULL OPERATING STRENGTH once there are NO MISSING PIECES AND ONCE ALL EQUIPMENT ARE IN FULL AND COMPLETE WORKING ORDER.
