Sir Anthony Evelyn, one of the longest serving and most experienced building contractors in The Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis is of the very firm view that youths should seek to learn as many skills as they can and not just write exams in order to acquire academic subjects ONLY.

Sir Evelyn was at the time addressing combined Good Tidings Gospel Hall and Dare 2 Be Different International Victory Centre Vacation Bible School 2015 graduants at a short and official ceremony held yesterday Sunday, 16th August, 2015 at The Good Tidings Gospel Hall at Boyds - St. Kitts.

Sir Evelyn who is responsible for building and supervising some of the BEST PROPERTIES across the island Federation boldly exclaimed that he thinks getting between four to six subjects is enough for life along with getting AS  MANY  SKILLS  ONE  CAN  POSSIBLY  GET  AS  SKILLS  ARE  WHAT  ACTUALLY  HELP  PEOPLE  TO  MAKE  REAL  MONEY.

The experienced Gospel Hall Elder and Overseer said that what was currently happening is that folks were leaving school with a lot, a lot, a lot of academic subjects, little hands on experience and were very incapable of fitting into the world of work and that is one of the biggest problems that employers have now-a-days.

Brother Khrystus, a Verchilds High School valedictorian with many, many subjects and other qualifications too, interestingly enough addressed the gathering after Sir Evelyn and endorsed his comments.

Brother Khrystus said, "I am a living testimony of what Brother Evelyn has said. I graduated with many subjects, but it is not the subjects and my qualifications that make me money. It is my t-shirt printing skills, my computer repair and networking skills, my graphic design and public speaking skills. It is my website design and marketing skills. Not the many subjects that I have."

This piece of information immediately created a little stir and buzz amongst attending youth and adults as THE  TRUTH  ALWAYS  TENDS  TO  HURT  AND  MANY  TIMES  OPENS  THE  EYES OF  THE  MASSES and introduces them to REALITY!
