Lawyers for Brother Khrystus V. K. Wallace have vetted and given him the OK to sign a US$7.5 Million Dollar Memorandum of Understanding to capitalize KVK ENTERPRISES - www.kvklives.com, Dare 2 Be Different International - www.daretobedifferentskn.com (Branches in St. Kitts-Nevis, St. Vincent and The Grenadines, Ghana and Kenya) and also The Blazing Star Movement.
Before any handling of the pre-approved funds, Wallace has a number of critically important things that he has to do and that must be approved by the Venture Capital Firm.
Among the most important on the things to do list is that Wallace has to ensure that each of his entities have a proper Corporate Board of well rounded qualified individuals along with either a Financial Management Consulting Firm and/or a local / Caribbean or International Banker that would strictly monitor the use of funds.
Ernest Pistana Financial Consulting is probably the local Financial Consulting Firm that will work with The Venture Capital Firm to follow its strict monitoring and repayment guidelines.
A big plus in this deal, is that Brother Khrystus Wallace gets a 3 year grace period with the possibility of extension, with interest only payments. This will definitely help to boost his organizations and possibly ensure that they are profiting and successful before any re-payment begins.
