The big question is, "Will King Terry Morris be selected from The Blazing Star Movement Constituency 6 Short List to battle Prime Minister The Right Honourable Dr. Denzil Douglas in Constituency 6 and finally send him into retirement after a good licking at the polls in the NEXT GENERAL ELECTIONS?"
We just have to wait and see!
King Terry needs much prayer though if he is selected! He is one of those folks who is partially disillusioned and thinks that Prime Minister Douglas cannot be moved! We are definitely working on him though and if it's God's will he will definitely come around and bring home Constituency 6 for The Blazing Star Movement!
I really don't want to leave Constituency 3 where I was born and may probably run, or Constituency 4 where I received my Secondary schooling, where our Ministry has adopted The Tyrell Williams Primary School and where a lot of my school mates, class mates and supporters are and go into Constituency 6 and whip Dr. Douglas myself at the polls. If I have to though, I WILL!
All I'll need is EC$1500 or US$552 and 12 T-shirts marked Blazing Star Movement and that will cause the world to SEE A TOTAL MIRACLE AND REVOLUTION in Constituency 6. I am injecting that kind of positivity and faith into King Terry because I definitely know that HE CAN! TELL HIM HE'S CAPABLE WHEN YOU SEE HIM! YES - Everyone is slowly making the TURN - Everyone is making the RIGHT CHOICE and SHIFTING THEIR SUPPORT TO THE BLAZING STAR MOVEMENT - Right King Terry?
My good friend, King Terry Morris presented at the last two sessions at The Trinity Community Capacity Strengthening Training Project sponsored by The Basic Needs Trust Fund, The Caribbean Development Bank, Canada and The Department of Social Services and Community Development.
If you know King Terry well, he is overly qualified when it comes to community development projects, presentations and training as well as GOSPEL MINISTRY - that where we work together. He is currently the Programme Office for St. Kitts and Nevis under the Caribbean HIV & AIDS Alliance - www.caribbeanhivandaidsalliance.org.
As he usually does, King Terry overly exerted himself and gave his ALL during his presentation today and last Thursday. Topics covered were:
1. Community Engagement and Mobilization
2. Community Needs Assessment
As I always say, every presenter is different. King Terry didn't bother to walk with any bulky projector or flip charts. He used the typical CHALK AND DUSTER and hand outs. We are really all unique in how we do things - TO GOD BE THE GLORY! That's what makes our world you UNIQUE AND FUN! We are ALL DIFFERENT BUT STILL ONE!
Honestly, it's years now I haven't seen an adult use a CHALK AND DUSTER, so it did take me back to school days and some special memories - especially with my GIRL FRIENDS or let me correct myself - FEMALE FRIENDS. It was quite humbling indeed!
The information packed presentation showed that King Terry didn't just rush to prepare. The detailed handout showed that he put a lot of preparation into it. I wonder if it is because he probably knew that he'll see this blog entry pop up on his phone's email and wanted to ensure that I would say something GOOD about him. I think NOT! King Terry does a FANTASTIC JOB everywhere he goes! That's for sure! I didn't say that because he's my good friend. I am being HONEST!
He was honestly quite angry with me today, because he followed my trend of sending out a report on a presenter the day after and I left him "HANGING and WAITING" and he didn't like that. He was scared that I didn't think his 1st presentation was worthy enough for a report! SORRY KING TERRY! But - I never want anyone to think that at ALL!
WHO AM I? WHO IS KHRYSTUS WALLACE? I am mere DUST - I am in NO WAY BETTER THAN YOU! "All Ahwe Just Alike!" Never see me as over accomplished, just see me as little old Brother Khrystus who just likes to have fun and play around. I'll never let anyone or anything change that side of me no matter where I reach in life. That's why I never punish my youths if they call me Khrystus or Brother Khrystus or Mr. Wallace. Titles DON'T MATTER to me. Relationships DO!
I would continue to say everywhere I go that I DO NOT KNOW EVERYTHING. I was extremely happy that I attended today's session. King Terry's teaching opened my mind to many new things and gave me - or should I say US a fresh approach to getting our Trinity Community to be the number one community not only in St. Kitts and Nevis, but across the Eastern Caribbean and world in the not too distant future.
I honestly missed Ms. Verlyn Warner in class today. Troublemakers hang together, so in this 21st Century era, I won't go knocking on her door to see if she's OK, I'll either send her a FACEBOOK MESSAGE or TEXT or WHATSAPP MESSAGE and ask how she's doing! LOL! (Is technology breaking down the SOCIALIZING FACTOR that we so need today? That's another article all by itself!)
That's one of the ways I stay in contact constantly with my Scores of Secret Blazers and Prospective Blazers like Ms. Verlyn Warner that HAVE THE POWER IN OUR HEARTS AND FINGERS TO GREATLY IMPACT AND AFFECT THE NEXT GENERAL ELECTIONS AND EVERY ELECTION THEREAFTER!
Don't Worry - she always has my back! We go WAAAAAAY BACK! So SAM CONDOR - Watch Out Eh!
