Fellow Citizens of St. Kitts and Nevis, the wider Caribbean Hemisphere along with our global citizens, Saturday Greetings!
Permit me around this Christmas 2014 season to pause and publicly say a BIG THANK YOU to Former Governor General of The Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis, Dr. Cuthbert Sebastian.
Why? You probably ask. This is why! My ministry to children and young people over the years, since being President of The Antioch Baptist Church Training Union and even after has always been financially supported by Dr. Cuthbert Sebastian in some little or big way. From the moment God allowed me the opportunity to share the work that my team and I was doing throughout the Federation and the world, Dr. Sebastian was immediately impressed and always responded with a cheque.
For the top man in The Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis to respond and even consider supporting the work that God was doing through us is most commendable and does SPEAK VOLUME. He didn't make that decision off his own accord, it had to be GOD who impressed it upon his heart. Those that choose NOT to be stingy and selfish and GIVE to our ministry especially, have always reaped tremendous blessings and success and benefits and stood out in SOCIETY. Dr. Sebastian is one such person. A BIG THANK YOU!
Over the years, without appointment, Dr. Cuthbert Sebastian allowed me to visit him at his home on Cayon Street - Basseterre or at Government House. I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience and ideas just from sitting and speaking and sharing my ideas and vision for the future with Sir Sebastian. At times some of his questions to me would stretch my mind to think harder and deeper.
I can remember one year when I dropped off some goodies that my mother Mrs. Yvette Wallace, M.Ed taught our youths to bake using Agro-processed Breadfruit and Sweet Potato flour processed by us - yes children and youth of my ministry, Dr. Sebastian was AMAZED that young people were actually being kept so positively involved in St. Kitts and Nevis and this caused him to love us even more.
My youths LOVE Dr. Cuthbert Sebastian! They have a special LOVE for those who have given ONCE or SUPPORT ALL THE TIME to the work that God is doing. Whether its some fruits or vegetables or 2lbs of flour or a sun quick or some crayons. My Youths Love People Who Care For Them and Remember Them!
When I awoke this morning, it came on my spirit DEEPLY, to PUBLICLY say thanks to Dr. Cuthbert Sebastian for assisting our ministry with carrying out our VISION on more than one occassion.
May God continue to bless you and your entire family line Sir Sebastian, for remembering to look after the Man of God and the many children and youth that he has been impacting over the years.
A BIG THANK YOU SIR and do have a Wonderful Christmas 2014 and a Most Prosperous 2015! THANK YOU FOR GIVING TO THE LORD. You have helped to IMPACT countless lives around the world because of your contributions.
