Aspiring Future Prime Minister of The Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis, 28 year old Brother Khrystus V. K. Wallace has strongly condemned the behavior of some parliamentarians in the National House of Assembly after listening much of the National 2015 Budget Debate yesterday.
Wallace commented, "As a child, I was always interested in politics and therefore I've always listened to politicians on both sides for varying reasons - on political platforms and in parliament. While I am fully aware that politicians become dramatists on a political stage in order to get their message out and convince the people, I think that some of them should apologize to nation for their DEPLORABLE behavior in the House of Assembly, even the Speaker of the House, The Honourable Curtis Martin. Where is the HONOURABLE heated discourse? Sometimes some of them sound like they're cursing like ignorant people and then they call themselves INTELLIGENT AND QUALIFIED. I'm sure if we put someone who can't read to make a presentation in the House of Assembly, they would do a much better job. I sure of that!"
The 28 year old Next Prime Minister of St. Kitts - Nevis was asked to use a few adjectives to describe the behaviour of some of the politicians he was referring to and he said, " Insane, deplorable, dreadful, awful, shameful, terrible, appalling, pathetic, lamentable, unpardonable, shocking."
Wallace ended by saying, "Politicians must leave all the sensational and nasty talk for the platform, not the House of Assembly, one of the highest bodies in the land. Then they want respect from the youth growing up? Then they want respect from adults and those they lead? Then they want persons to live in peace? LAUGHABLE! LUDICROUS! I am POSITIVE that many young people who once aspired to be politicians and leaders in the land are turned off when they look at the BEHAVIOR of some people who claim to be ELECTED leaders."
Brother Khrystus Wallace launched The Blazing Star Movement - www.theblazingstarmovement.com on 1st March, 2013 and some three months after was thrown into JAIL for 6 months by Prime Minister Dr. The Right Honourable Denzil Douglas on SEDITION CHARGES and denied bail by every magistrate and judge in the land. It was only when a fair, above the table Judge Ramdhani was sent to the Federation of St. Kitts - Nevis to sit on Brother Khrystus' matter and others, that Lawyer Nassibou Butler - www.lawyerbutlerskn.com got a mere EC$5000 / US$1840 BAIL APPROVAL and walked to Her Majesty's Prison in Basseterre on Friday, 29th November, 2013 to get his client and good friend just so that he could spend Christmas 2013 with his family.
During the six (6) months Brother Khrystus spent in prison, other individuals were being released DAILY on bail for attempted murder, drug and gun charges and more, while Brother Khrystus remained incarcerated for SIX (6) months for WRITING AN ARTICLE THAT OFFENDED THE PRIME MINISTER OF THE LAND - his once good friend and business partner.
Prime Minister Dr. Denzil Douglas Royal St. Christoper and Nevis Police Force and Army raided the young politician's home and business on Monday, 27th May, 2013 and took away ALL HIS AND HIS FAMILY'S CRITICAL TOOLS OF TRADE that they use to make a living including laptops, desktops, hard drives, dongle keys, pen drives, smartphones etc and even after Superintendent Charles Smithen, Head of The Criminal Investigation Division told Head Magistrate Josephine Mallelieu-Webbe at The Sir Lee L. Moore Judicial Complex that his C.I.D Department would return all but ONE of the tools of trade on Wednesday, 29th October, 2014. Smithen has BLATANTLY refused to return them all, only authorizing the release of 33% of the items.
Prime Minister Dr. The Right Honourable Denzil L. Douglas personally contacted the young politician Brother Khrystus promising to assign a new officer to deal with his matter and have all the items returned and up to press time today, the items still have not been returned and The Prime Minister seemingly doesn't care that the young man and his family NEED THESE CRUCIAL WORKING ITEMS to meet URGENT OBLIGATIONS while he eats LOBSTER AND SHRIMP for lunch daily and flies around the world on his private jet.
Our Media House asked one of Brother Khrystus' Lawyers, Sir Nassibou Butler of Butler, Butler, and Butler - www.lawyerbutlerskn.com to comment and he said, "The Khrystus Fiasco has been blown out of proportion and it is just like a BIG JOKE NOW. Dr. Douglas knows very well that he has NO CASE against the young man on a SEDITIOUS PUBLICATION charge that isn't even current according to international law books and yet he still continues to frustrate him and his family in an effort to CRIPPLE THEM AND SEND THEM CRAZY. This is something that he has certainly enjoyed doing to the people of the twin island Federation - keeping them under pressure and in another breath says that he loves them"
"The young man has URGENT OBLIGATIONS to meet and although I've written, I've called, no one is listening to anybody in St. Kitts - Nevis anymore. This is what the Federation has come to. Khrystus has reached out to the Prime Minister himself numerous times since his release after an ILLEGAL LOCKUP and when I call the local police, they play games with me on the telephone. The TOP LAW ENFORCEMENT BODY is playing games. Just imagine that! Where are the young man's things? Were they STOLEN while in Police Custody? Were they ORDERED to be damaged or destroyed? What is happening is saddening and frightening. Justice delayed is JUSTICE DENIED. This is St. Kitts - Nevis at the moment"
Lawyer Nassibou Butler is one of the longest serving MOST EXPERIENCED lawyers in The Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis and has SUCCESSFULLY represented thousands of clients and has also certainly enjoyed taking The Police and The Federal Government to Court on more than one occasion.
His biggest win/settlement for a client a few years back who the local police MESSED WITH and attempted to DESTROY, was for over $700,000 EC dollars of TAX PAYERS MONEY and the Federal Government had no choice but to pay up FORTHWITH. That client wasn't a preacher, businessman and politician and didn't have any businesses, didn't write any books etc like Brother Khrystus.
The world waits to see what the end result of Brother Khrystus' case would be.
