Your Difficult Season Will Soon Pass!

REPRINT  FROM 2011

So the LORD blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning: for he had fourteen thousand sheep, and six thousand camels, and a thousand yoke of oxen, and a thousand she asses. (Job 42:12 KJV)

Things will get better soon!

A sound from my BlackBerry caught my attention a few minutes ago. Someone had found our KVK/Dare 2 Be Different Int'l Network PIN: 220067D8, and wanted some instant-immediate encouragement and prayer. They explained that they were going through a deep state of depression and felt like things would never get better.

I was quickly led to the story of Mr. Patience - a great bible character whose name was JOB. During his trial and testing, Job lost everything! His wealth - his family - his all.

He was no longer among the world's richest. No more animals, no full family structure or support. All he had left was his faith in God and his integrity. Though depressed, he vowed in Job 27:3-6, never to speak bad or evil about his maker.

Many of us haven't begun to experience 2% of what Job went through, yet he endured. What can we learn from his experience? Though the road gets rough, tough and rocky, though we may feel down and depressed at times. Though we may lose what and who we cherish ALOT, ALOT, ALOT. Still hold on to Jesus. Never dishonour or disrespect him. Keep your faith TURNED  UP  TO  ALL!

Job did just that!

I love the end of Job's story. THINGS  GOT  BETTER!  THINGS  TURNED  AROUND!

Hallelujah!

"The LORD blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning: . . .  (Job 42:12 KJV)

I believe with ALL  my  HEART that this DOUBLE  PORTION  blessing was as a result of Job's patience, trust and faithfulness in the one true and living God - Jesus Christ.

Note: We were never promised that the road would be easy, but we are promised a prize at the end of the road once we endure.

So. . . to the person who contacted our ministry today, this particular devotional is dedicated to you and to all those who may be in a state of depression and discouragement today - Your Difficult Season Will Soon Pass.

It's not how you start, but it's how you finish the race that matters. Job had negative people talking when he was going through his trial - so too you'll have the NAYSAYERS. Don't worry about them - Look out - for your LATTER  BLESSING  will soon come to pass.

Cheers - I can feel it coming very soon!
