A few minutes ago, I left the capital of St. Kitts, Basseterre where I went to conduct some KVK ENTERPRISES - www.kvklives.com business.
While in a particular store, two ladies conversing with each other, stopped me saying, "Leh we ask de preacher." One asked, "Preacher, MURDER AGAIN! JESUS Fraid To Come Ein St. Kitts Nuh? If so mucha shooting happening now, what about when POLITICS start up again next month January and tings TENSE?"
Her colleague then commented, "A member dey call St. Kitts Devil Island long time you know, but dis here worse dan DEVIL ISLAND NOW. EVEN JESUS FRAID TO COME EIN!"
They didn't give me a chance to comment, I wondered if it was willful or if they forgot they engaged me. All they said was, "ANYWAY PREACHER, you doing a good job wid dem emails dere. A does follow you you know. Me and we whole family and some neighbours does spend time reading dem out and laughing at times and thinking other times. You strong you know and you bold bad! Happy New Year when it comes. Ahwe LOVE YOU!"
I now wonder if they SET ME UP TO RESPOND PUBLICLY just so they can be featured in an entry. Women are CUNNING EH. They know how to SETUP PEOPLE. As I journeyed home, the Lord told me to respond,especially since I know they receive my emails and probably many persons are asking the same question. Let me state here and now before you ever get the WRONG PICTURE OF ME AS AN ORDAINED PREACHER. I AM NOT GOD! I AM NOT PERFECT! I HAVE ISSUES TOO! I NEED URGENT FINANCIAL HELP LIKE YOU TO TO GET MY BUSINESS BACK UP FULLY AND MEET MY URGENT OBLIGATIONS THAT I AM BEING PRESSURED TO MEET. I AM STILL OUT ON BAIL AFTER AN ALLEGED SEDITION CHARGE DROPPED ON ME BY Prime Minister Dr. The Right Honourable Denzil Douglas Labour Party Administration on Monday, 27th May, 2013. So I have my issues to deal with too.
While I acknowledge that I am an INTERNATIONAL COMEDIAN, I also know when to STOP and preach the UNCOMPROMISING WORD OF GOD, even if the message that I write is meant to LASH ME and cause me to pull up my socks too and NOT JUST YOU. I DO KNOW MY BIBLE very, very well.
Let me begin now. I usually get in trouble and come under IMMENSE PRESSURE, just like JESUS, for speaking and preaching THE UNCOMPROMISING WORD OF GOD, but SO LET IT BE!
Proverbs 14:34 says Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people.
If it STINKS AT THE TOP OF AN ISLAND GOVERNMENT, at the leadership of a business or organization or family home, there is a very HIGH PROBABILITY that MANY of the subordinates will follow the leadership of that said GOVERNMENT, business, organization, home.
Very few around the world choose to follow or walk the PATH OF RIGHTEOUSNESS. That is a fact. Those who SERIOUSLY DO AND DON'T LIVE DOUBLE STANDARD LIVES are rare. VERY, VERY, RARE.
Let me make a profound statement here and now. Righteousness is the only foundation of permanent national prosperity. No outward greatness can save a wicked people from ruin.
For the sake of this essay / blog entry, let us define the key terms in our discussion today.
Righteousness--JUST principles and actions.
Exalteth--raises to honor.
Is a reproach--brings on them the ill-will of others
I am led to say much more in this regards, but I am also told by GOD to stop now and bring this piece to a close and let you THINK AND ACT FOR YOURSELF as we approach 2015.
JESUS CERTAINLY ISN'T AFRAID TO ENTER ST. KITTS - NEVIS! That is a fact!
As a matter of FACT, GOD and the SPIRIT of his son JESUS CHRIST LIVES IN ST. KITTS - NEVIS as we speak, but as from the beginning, he has always given us CHOICE. From the very beginning of time, he constantly KNOCKS on the doors of our hearts every second, every minute, every hour, every day, every week, every month, every year beckoning EACH OF US TO CHANGE OUR WAYS - LIVE RIGHTEOUS LIVES - FOLLOW HIS EXAMPLE AND LET HIM LIVE IN OUR HEARTS.
What have many of us chosen to do since the very beginning of time? We have chosen to WALK OUR OWN PATH AND DO OUR OWN THING and only turn to GOD in times of TRAGEDY AND DESPERATION AND SEVERE HURT!
If TRAGEDY AND HURT is what we WANT in order to return to GOD, WE WILL GET TRAGEDY AND HURT GALORE IN 2015 to open our eyes to the TRUTH THAT Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people. Proverbs 14:34
Am I a 21st Century Noah? Or Jonah? Or Isaiah? Or Jeremiah? Or John? John 1:23 He said, I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness, Make straight the way of the Lord, as said the prophet Esaias.
Please don't give me any titles. I AM JUST HUMBLE BROTHER KHRYSTUS speaking THUS SAITH THE LORD. No need to call me PASTOR or PREACHER or REVEREND or DOCTOR or nothing. Brother Khrystus or Khrystus or WALLACE is JUST FINE!
Again, GOD and the spirit of his son JESUS CHRIST does live in St. Kitts - Nevis, the wider Caribbean and the world all the time. They have not MIGRATED. WE, by CHOICE accept GOD or reject Him daily.
Luke 13:3 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.
Except our twin island Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis, our Caribbean Region and the world at large REPENTS and returns to GOD, things will never get any better for many of us. We will just continue to LIVE A BIG SHOW ON THE OUTSIDE, but continue to HURT DEEPLY ON THE INSIDE.
We must return to acknowledging God's divine, sovereign and infinite power or I sadly and prophetically state here and now - THINGS WILL ONLY GET WORSE BEFORE THINGS GET BETTER.
May we all consider our ways, our lifestyles, our attitudes as we approach 2015 in a few hours and for those countries reading who are already in 2015 and choose not just by TRADITION to attend church and make NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS, but rather to ask GOD to MAKE THE CHANGE IN YOU - IN US - EVEN NOW as you read and forward this entry to those you TRULY CARE ABOUT, and position you for the vast number of blessings that he has for all those who choose to live a GOD FEARING LIFE AROUND THE WORLD.

The Battle Is The Lord's

I am always humbled when ever someone reads one of these devotional entries and gives me a call, sends an email, gives me encouragement, requests prayer, needs an appointment to talk further, ask that I call, writes a letter or needs further encouragement and support.
You see, my calling is to encourage folks everywhere to trust and depend completely on God for he can help. I love doing that.
One recent email from a university student half way around the world stated, "I am confused, worried and burdened about my current situation. I am wondering how my life will end up considering this down economy. What should I do?"
If I tell you that I don't face my trials and go through difficult times, I would be lying. What I can tell you though, is that during every circumstance of my life, I make a desperate effort to recognise that the battle that I am going through is being fought by the one in whom I trust - Jesus Christ, and he will work it out for my good.
If we are to win in every situation and problem in our life, the Lord must be the one fighting our battles - EVERYTIME.
King Jehosophat recognized the power that lieth in the Master and went to him for help too. 2 Ch 20:4-6 And Judah gathered themselves together, to ask help of the LORD: even out of all the cities of Judah they came to seek the LORD. 5 And Jehoshaphat stood in the congregation of Judah and Jerusalem, in the house of the LORD, before the new court, 6 And said, O LORD God of our fathers, art not thou God in heaven? and rulest not thou over all the kingdoms of the heathen? and in thine hand is there not power and might, so that none is able to withstand thee?
With that faith, history tells us about how Jehosophat's nation came out triumphantly. His formula - "Let God Fight All Battles." He'll do a much better job than us!
Friend, you will come through triumphantly if you
1. Put Your Trust in God.
2. Have Faith that God is well able to help.
3. Put the matter in his hands by praying and telling him about your situation.
4. Stop worrying and wondering. Let God fight the battle and win!

Don't Stop Praying!
I sat and listened quite attentively to the first lady of the church that I attend during a presentation last night. When she heads up one of our weekly prayer meetings, she ensures that she brings a teaching just before we pray, which I believe should encourage us to keep on praying.
One of her first questions to us in the audience was, "What does it mean to pray without ceasing?" The question WOWED me and caused me to think, "WHAT IF WE JUST KEEP ON PRAYING? - IMAGINE HOW OUR GOD WOULD MOVE!"
The Apostle Paul in writing to the church at Thessonalica, gives a powerful piece of advice that we can cling to today. In his God inspired encouragement, he says PRAY WITHOUT CEASING! This means that we are to always be in an attitude of prayer and thanksgiving. We should always be exalting and acknowledging the awesomeness and strength of God Almighty.
Just imagine how much more productive your day will be if you keep up a conversation with your maker ALL-THE-TIME. When things go well throughout the day, you won't forget to thank him. When people upset and offend you, you won't forget to ask him for patience. When you need help, he will be right there to help because you are constantly talking to him.
You will have access to POWER. It'll be right at your fingertips. It will give you a new sense of hope. It will relax and relieve your burdens and stresses. Only Prayer to the Master can do that.
As you go forward, pledge that you will participate in CONSTANT PRAYER as you trust him as Lord and Saviour of your life.
Oh.......what a difference you'll see in your life!

Global following, before I get into the meat of this essay, permit to share with you some of The Apostle Paul's words:
Romans 7:15-20 New International Version (NIV)
15 I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. 16 And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. 17 As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. 18 For I know that good itself does not dwell in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. 19 For I do not do the good I want to do, but the evil I do not want to do - this I keep on doing. 20 Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.
The lad was burdened as he made those statements and I beckoned him to tell me WHY and this is what he said and I quote again. "WHEN WE GO IN A BIG CHURCH YOU AIN'T AN GOT NO TIME FOR US ANYMORE AND WE AIN'T GOING HAVE SO MUCH FUN ANYMORE BECAUSE YOU GOIN HAVE ALOTTA PEOPLE TO DEAL WID AND WE AIN'T AN GET A LOT TO EAT BECAUSE TOO MUCH OF PEOPLE GOING BE EATING OFF WE TING THEM."
When I visit Her Majesty's Prison to do ministry, a loud cheer usually goes up for me and everyone wants to say a word or two, because THE PREACHER IS DOWN TO EARTH, MIXES AND MINGLES and doesn't discriminate. Now and again, I get a call from the prison saying that an inmate wants me to bring by something and my Dare 2 Be Different International Prison Initiative raises funds to do that - HELP THE GHETTO YOUTH while they are incarcerated and supposedly being rehabilitated, because they are PEOPLE TOO - not dogs - BUT PEOPLE TOO.
THEY ARE COOL PEOPLE TOO, who just made a MISTAKE because they fell into the wrong company and do need REHABILITATION TOO.
GHETTO YOUTH FEELS IT THE MOST!

Gang girls and boys and ghetto youth are pretty COOL people simply in need of LOVE!
Global following, before I get into the meat of this essay, permit to share with you some of The Apostle Paul's words:
Romans 7:15-20 New International Version (NIV)
15 I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. 16 And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. 17 As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. 18 For I know that good itself does not dwell in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. 19 For I do not do the good I want to do, but the evil I do not want to do - this I keep on doing. 20 Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.
Throughout this essay, I hope to present a STRONG CASE in support of empowering and rehabilitating our so called GANG GIRLS, GANG BOYS AND GHETTO YOUTH. May I hasten to add that THEY DO NEED LOVE TOO.
I want to state emphatically, here and now, that my business KVK ENTERPRISES - www.kvklives.com and ministry Dare 2 Be Different International - www.daretobedifferentskn.com are where they are TODAY, not because big institutions and organizations support, but because THE GHETTO YOUTH and the small man, the poor man have constantly supported - given their WIDOW's MITE and kept me encouraged, motivated and going for all these years. NOT THE BIG SHOTS EH!
Now do you understand why I am not too interested in quickly opening and or BUILDING a BIG Dare 2 Be Different International Victory Centre CHURCH SANCTUARY so that adults could rush in and shroud the help I'm giving to the toddlers and growing youth of many GHETTO PARENTS?
Actually, in discussing our plans to move from my home based church with my young people, as I try to make them feel apart by telling them everything that I discuss with my committee and getting their ideas and suggestions too, one EIGHT year old child said and I quote, "Brother Khrystus, let's just stay here nuh! Leh we don't go anywhere. Just stay here."
The lad was burdened as he made those statements and I beckoned him to tell me WHY and this is what he said and I quote again. "WHEN WE GO IN A BIG CHURCH YOU AIN'T AN GOT NO TIME FOR US ANYMORE AND WE AIN'T GOING HAVE SO MUCH FUN ANYMORE BECAUSE YOU GOIN HAVE ALOTTA PEOPLE TO DEAL WID AND WE AIN'T AN GET A LOT TO EAT BECAUSE TOO MUCH OF PEOPLE GOING BE EATING OFF WE TING THEM."
I never SHUT UP my young people. I have taught them NOT TO BE AFRAID TO SPEAK UP AND OUT SO YES THEY DO TELL ME NEARLY EVERYTHING.
I paused for a moment before I answered because all eyes were on me to see what I would say. I didn't want to make a promise that I couldn't keep, so I said, "VERY GOOD POINT ____________. Very, very good point. At another time, we would discuss some more ideas to see how we can ensure that you are not forgotten when our ministry grows bigger, because the truth is, many, many, many more people have been asking to join, so that is something we will ALL WORK ON TOGETHER."
I've said all of this to say, that because of the discrimination that SOCIETY locally, regionally and internationally tend to put on GHETTO GIRLS AND GHETTO BOYS, many times they feel REJECTED and tend to turn to the GANGS. Many times not because THEY WANT TOO, but because WE FORCE THEM - WE PUSH THEM THERE.
You may be saying to me, "Khrystus man, global governments have a lot of programs to help them and they not going, so it's there fault!"
I like to be a REALIST. Put yourself in their shoes. If you have already been DEMORALIZED by society, CONDEMNED AND REJECTED and maybe even SORT AFTER TO BE ASSASSINATED, would you go? Would you enjoy being in the public eye where FOLKS WOULD POINT YOU OUT AND LAUGH AFTER YOU because "YOU AND DEM" went to school together and you're now a TEACHER and they're a "BUM ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD with no subjects?" GET REAL!
Ghetto girls and boys NEED LOVE ON THE STREET CORNER before they are even empowered to attend programs to help them. THEY NEED A SELF ESTEEM BOOST. Not because many smoke weed, push drugs and know how to get access to a GUN easily to do what they do, means that they are BAD MEN AND BAD WOMEN EH, some of them are little WEAKLINGS just operating under the influence of drugs and regretting after their actions or if they are caught.

I have dealt with many, many, many of them over the years through my KVK ENTERPRISES - www.kvklives.com business and I give them the highest RESPECT and they give me the HIGHEST respect too. As a psychologist and a Minister of the Gospel, this is one way I try to change their mindset and help them to change their lifestyle. Many agree, but one or two meetings won't do it and I do not have the type of SUPPORT to dedicate my life fully to rehabilitating and helping the GHETTO YOUTH as yet.
I listen to their stories and make them feel IMPORTANT. Sometimes people just want someone to talk to, who would listen and not condemn or even offer advice. JUST LISTEN.
When I was wrongfully incarcerated by the Prime Minister Dr. Denzil Douglas St. Kitts - Nevis Labour Party Administration on Sedition Charges for six (6) months because of alleged doings through my Blazing Star Movement - www.theblazingstarmovement.com GODLY political party, as a PASTOR, psychologist and counselor, I took the time out to talk with and LISTEN to sooooooooooooo many of their stories and I made good, good, good, good friends with remands and convicts both.
Now I'm FREE and those that are also free now, come to look me up ever so often and bring little fruits and vegetables and fish and so forth for me, and come to print T-shirts or send business my way and tells the customer to tell me that THEY SENT THEM. I guess this is their little way of saying thanks for being their motivation, their inspiration, their encouragement and for leading some to CHRIST.

In closing global friend, may I suggest that WE ALL NEED TO BECOME A MORE TOLERANT PEOPLE GLOBALLY. Not tolerant towards CRIME, but tolerant towards the people involved in the CRIMES and SHOW THEM LOVE.
I have continued to suggest over the years, that NO AMOUNT OF PROGRAMS and PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENTS AND ARRESTS will heal the world. The only thing that would HEAL THE WORLD is ensuring that daily, weekly, yearly, every second, every minute, every hour, WE SPREAD THE SAME AGAPE LOVE THAT GOD GIVES TO US, to our fellow men and women and NOT FORGET TO NOT DISCRIMINATE, AND GIVE LOVE TO THE GANG GIRLS AND GANG BOYS AND GHETTO YOUTH TOO.
Before you discriminate again, pause to consider, that one of those gang members or ghetto youth may be the child of a RAPE VICTIM who could barely look after herself. One of those ghetto youths dad and uncle and brother was SHOT dead and everyone has rejected him or her and the only other choice he or she had was to hang with the wrong crowd.
One of those gang member's mother probably was prostituting herself and daughters as fun or for the money and because he was a boy and of not much value because he DIDN'T HAVE A VAGINA, he was rejected and forced to RESORT to smoking weed and he was PAWNED out to commit a murder of someone who wouldn't pay their DUE FOR THE WEED THEY TRUSTED, then given LIFE IN JAIL just for being MANIPULATED.
THESE ARE BUT SOME OF THEIR STORIES. I TALK WITH THEM and understand them.
Their stories are HEART WRENCHING! THEY JUST NEED LOVE FROM US AND A TENDER I CARE - MANY TIMES.
In talking to my Uncle Destin Thompson, a former St. Thomas USVI Police Officer a few years back, he told me that at sometime during his career, he was called to the COMMISSIONER's OFFICE. Upon entering the office, before taking a seat, the COMMISSIONER asked him, "THOMPSON, HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE YOU ARRESTED SINCE YOU WERE AN OFFICER?"
My family all around the world are not RUDE PEOPLE, we are silent, respectful and RESOLUTE. My uncle answered, "MR. COMMISSIONER, HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE YOU HELPED SINCE YOU BECAME A POLICE OR BECAME COMMISSIONER?"
Do you get the point global reader? MANY TIMES, WE JUST NEED TO HELP A BROTHER - A SISTER - A GANG MEMBER - A GHETTO YOUTH and show them LOVE.
Failing to show them LOVE, would just keep the GLOBAL POLICE BUSY and keep the GOVERNMENT SECURITY BUDGET HIGH.

Conaree's Sister Kathlyn Hobson is St. Kitts - Nevis CHRISTIAN YOUTH OF THE YEAR 2014.
Throughout this year, our Dare 2 Be Different International Team Police, decided to carefully monitor the lifestyles and facebook and other social media pages of OUTSTANDING CHRISTIAN YOUTH around the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis, with an aim to introduce our ANNUAL ST. KITTS - NEVIS CHRISTIAN YOUTH OF THE YEAR AWARD.
As the nominees began to pour in early December, 2014 and after somewhat intense scrutiny and discussion, we decided that Sister Kathlyn Hobson of The Conaree Wesleyan Holiness Church in St. Kitts deserved to receive this first and now annual International Christian Youth Recognition Award followed soon after with a plaque and gift basket to be delivered to her home during the week.
The COLD TRUTH IS that it is certainly a TASK as a Youth Christian around the world, having to battle the peer pressure of submitting to the complete lifestyle of the UNSAVED and choosing to live a GODLY, GOD FEARING LIFE, recognizing once you SEEK YE FIRST THE KINGDOM OF GOD, all other things shall be added.
Youthful, pretty, stunning, extra-ordinary, overly talented, gifted, Christian Female Gem Sister Kathlyn Hobson, has stood the test of time and is more than deserving of this award our ministry asserts. She was brought up in christian home by her mother and father, both God fearing individuals who have been apart of CHURCH all their lives and have always ensured that their children were too. Sister Kathlyn's siblings continually follow after God's own heart too.
I would have preached multiple times at The Conaree Wesleyan Holiness Church since I was a little boy and witnessed Sister Kathlyn Hobson in action for our LORD with my very own eyes. I was always overly AMAZED to see a GIRL playing the drums at CHURCH when I was invited to preach. Quite rare and DIFFERENT I thought. This caused me always to keep my eyes on her extra-ordinary TALENT for a female.
Kathlyn isn't one of those YOUTH CHRISTIANS who lives a double standard life! GOD TODAY - SIN TOMORROW.
Her exemplary Christian lifestyle glazed with her unswerving faith in GOD is certainly one to be envied and every youth around the world should DARE TO BE SISTER KATHLYN HOBSON'S OUTSTANDING EXAMPLE.
While many youths across The Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis, the wider Caribbean region and the world use their facebook pages and other social media accounts to COMPETE FOR LIKES by posting the SEEMINGLY HOTTEST OR MOST NAKED AND PROVOCATIVE PICTURES and some of the NASTIEST COMMENTS WITH CURSE WORDS to make fun at others and try to get some type of attention, that doesn't matter much to God fearing and youthful Sister Kathlyn Hobson.
