During our Dare 2 Be Different International Victory Centre Youth Service today, I spoke on the topic, GOD IS GOING TO MAKE A WAY OUT!
During the sermon presentation, I constantly reminded the young people about the IMPORTANCE OF FAMILY. While stressing this point, I used adjectives to paint a vivid picture of how hard many parents or guardians work or WORKED for them so that they can get a good education, look well, be happy etc etc etc. (WE ARE ALL GUILTY OF FORGETTING THE GOOD PEOPLE DID FOR US - en tit? - THAT'S HUMAN NATURE!)
After socializing during our WEEKLY BREAKFAST TIME, I packed up Church Resources in my Dare 2 Be Different International Office and Study Room - www.daretobedifferentskn.com and I came into my KVK ENTERPRISES - www.kvklives.com office and sat and reflected on my WORDS to the youth. I then had to conclude that We Wouldn't Be Where We Are Today Had It Not Been For Our PARENTS or GUARDIANS!
I know that many times I tend to freak you out with some of my crazy / fun articles or bore you with some of my extremely DEEP and OUTSIDE THE BOX THINKING and at times inspire you with my devotional / inspirational messages.
Today though, I want to jog your memory - our memory a bit and REMIND US of what many of our parents / guardians did for us so that we COULD BE WHERE WE ARE TODAY - enjoying life - or at least living A MUCH BETTER LIFE THAN THEY LIVED!
My first questions to you are:
As you continue to GROW OLDER, do you still LOVE your parents / guardians like you did when you were 5 years old? Why not?
Do you tell them that you love them and still show you care? Do you give a token / a gift of your appreciation periodically or have you forgotten them altogether? Do you make time to still sit with them and talk and laugh or are you too busy - making MONEY and not even giving them a DIME?
We Wouldn't Be Where We Are Today Had It Not Been For Our PARENTS / GUARDIANS!
BE REMINDED THAT You are ALIVE AND WELL AND SHINING TODAY because. . .
* mommy and daddy and granny and grandpa or great grand parents WORKED IN THE SUGAR CANE FIELD IN ST. KITTS - NEVIS for you. Since I am fully aware that the entire globe is reading everything I write from my daily reports automatically emailed to me from my global servers, some of them WORKED / SLAVED on the cotton fields, in the RICH MAN's factories on the apple and orange farms JUST FOR YOU! Just so you can be where you are today.
* your parents / guardians WORKED two and three jobs just so that you can get a good primary, secondary, college and university EDUCATION. Just so that they can buy your school uniforms, school books, school shoes, pens, pencils, text books, go on field trips, get lunch, go to the doctor etc etc etc
* your parents / guardians did some things that THEY NEVER EVER TOLD YOU ABOUT just so that you can be where you are TODAY. Some were even dishonest in their dealings, but they had NO ALTERNATIVE to raise money and now live with that regret! May I hasten to add, that some parents had no choice but to PROSTITUTE THEMSELVES AT TIMES - just so you could LIVE!!!!!! Please forgive me for being a PLAIN SPEAKER - I know I usually get in trouble for my words or even OFFEND - but que sera sera. I do what I have to do and say what I have to say to get my message across.
You catch where I am coming from right? I promised you that I won't make this blog entry and global email blast too long. I just wanted to get you - get US thinking.

My final question to you is this. DO YOU REMEMBER WHAT YOUR PARENTS / GUARDIANS HAVE DONE FOR YOU IN THE PAST TO GIVE YOU THE FUTURE YOU HAVE NOW? OR ARE YOU AMONG THE UNGRATEFUL - MEAN - GREEDY SET of people who are walking planet earth today forgetting how HAARRRD their PARENTS / GUARDIANS WORKED FOR THEM.

In closing, I know, I know, I know. Some of you reading this from around the world are saying that I am not being a REALIST. I AM ALWAYS A REALIST. So I am fully aware that some of you reading are saying,
"My mother went off with another man and left me with my grandmother and my father was NEVER there for me." or
"My father MOLESTED me as a child. TO HELL WITH HIM and TO HELL with my mother for not reporting it to the POLICE to ensure that he got a jail. I CARE ABOUT NO ONE!" (I am a counselor. I listen all the time to what the HURTING PEOPLE TELL ME. They want to just let out and my job many times is just to LISTEN as they let out. Clients respect me a lot for being CONFIDENTIAL and being able to tell me EVERYTHING and know that it stays with me) or you are saying
"I barely saw my mother or father as those caring for me said that they traveled overseas to make a better life and I just heard from them on the telephone or get a box of goodies now and again, BUT THAT WASN'T LOVE. I wished they were with me growing up to care for me and I DON'T LOVE THEM LIKE THAT" or
"I LOVE NO ONE! AS NO ONE LOVES ME" and I can go on and on and on.
Friend, I am sure that EACH OF US HAVE BEEN THROUGH HELL sometime in our life or the other.
YOU KNOW OF MY STORY - RIGHT? I share my life on the internet over the years. Just GOOGLE my name. I grew up in a broken family (You can read all about that in detail in some article somewhere on the web if you search well) due to marital problems and my MOM HAD TO DO THE BULK OF THE RAISING. I've had good business days and also had BUSINESS HELL too.
I've had HURTFUL RELATIONSHIPS, because my WEAK SPOT is that I LOVE TOO STRONG AND PROBABLY GIVE TOO MUCH TOO soon, when the relationships that I wished would last forever, came to SUDDEN and HURTFUL ends.
I've been LOCKED UP WRONGFULLY by The Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis. I've had YOU and others probably talk and say nasty things about me and I can go on and on and on and on.
Does it look to you like I am living my life in ANGER? Do you think that because The Prime Minister LOCKED me up and I'm still extremely pissed, that I don't answer my Cell Phone when he calls me or respond to a TEXT MESSAGE from him even though I'm AT WAR WITH HIM? (I'm still professional - That's all apart of LIFE!). . . .plus I'm fully aware that he's still HEAD of the Land and knows just how to SQUEEZE me if I reject him - so I answer and respond even though I'm Mr. Stubborn! I'm not STUPID! Politicians are merely players in the game of life!)
I will never tell you that I DO NOT THINK BACK AND REMEMBER and get ANGRY at times and wish and wish and, and, and . . . .because I AM HUMAN TOO. What I do though, is use Jesus' teaching and reminder that LOVE COVERS A MULTITUDE OF SINS. LOVE only breeds more LOVE and HATE only breeds more HATE.
Life is a SCIENCE - always remember that!

GO LOOK FOR YOUR MOTHER - FATHER - GRANNY - GRANDPA or GUARDIAN TODAY! TODAY I SAY! TODAY BEFORE THEY DIE SUDDENLY AND THE ONLY CHANCE YOU GET TO SEE THEM IS IN THEIR CASKET OR AT THE MORGUE.
No matter what bad blood exists, or whose fault it was, JUST SAY SORRY - FORGIVE AND LOVE BEFORE THEY DIE SOON!
