I am most delighted to report internationally, that there are still young people around the world who are CALLED OUT - SET APART and deeply involved in the things of God. ALL HOPE IS NOT LOST!
One such is fifteen year old anointed Janae Thompson from The Faith Tabernacle Church of God in Old Road - St. Kitts, pastored by Bishop Dr. Joseph Henville.
I was ordained at The Faith Tabernacle Church of God - Old Road - St. Kitts, and periodically I pay a visit to the church after my service at The Dare 2 Be Different International Victory Centre is complete, especially to mix and mingle with the youth and to see if I could assist the Bishop in anyway with regards to services I provide at KVK ENTERPRISES - www.kvklives.com.
When I entered the sanctuary, the worship service was ongoing and I immediately noticed that there was a NEW WORSHIP MINISTER leading the service. I looked and looked and looked to see who it was and to my surprise, the little girl who once tagged along with her mother and father to church, had grown old enough, at age fifteen to confidently stand in front a large congregation and lead the singing.
I won't tell a lie, Sister Janae sounded like she was leading worship for over 150 years. I wondered if she already had a CD or CDs out so that I could have purchased one right after. SHE WAS JUST AMAZING!
She was just ANOINTED AND AWESOME and more than spectacular and I watched at times when she commanded the musicians, (Her dad was playing the keyboard) to carry her up an octave. Only real singers can confidently keep climbing OCTAVES. My eyes did indeed open wider. BRILLIANT I THOUGHT! JUST BRILLIANT!
Sister Janae mastered the songs and led the other worship team and the entire congregation with poise and confidence.
After the service, although I was busy distributing some candy that my Dare 2 Be Different International Ministry had sponsored to the children, I made it my business to give Sister Janae a hug and commend her for the work that she was doing. I asked her how long ago she started, because as I said, I had never seen her lead worship before. She said, I started in June this year and Sister Ivana Williams teaches me. Ivana is my very good friend, fan and supporter!
I LOVED HER COMMENTS. She didn't "BOASTINGLY" hold the praise for her, she was sure to humbly let me know that my very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, good friend and KVK ENTERPRISES business customer who NEVER seems to leave me, Sister Ivana Williams was the one training her and keeping her motivated.
As I sit and type this blog entry, one day after, I am still in AWE at how God is using this 15 year old LEGEND TO BE, Sister Janae Thompson.
What is most noteworthy international audience is this. Sister Janae's mother and father have always been ACTIVE MEMBERS in church ever since I was a little boy and knew them. They have ensured that they gave ALL of their children a GODLY BASE - GODLY TRAINING. Something I wish all parents would do.
As Sister Janae was leading, her dad was backing her up on the keyboard, and her mother was confidently praising God from one of the corners where the speakers were located as you'll see in one of the pictures below. If only every mother and father would follow the example of The Thompson's from Old Road - St. Kitts and ensure that ALL THEIR CHILDREN RECEIVE THE GODLY TRAINING that will indeed fit them for life, OH WHAT A BETTER WORLD WE WOULD HAVE.
I can't close this article and not tell you that Sister Janae attends the BEST HIGH SCHOOL IN THE WORLD - my former alma mata - The Verchilds High School.
In closing, you tell me, who should the Pastor marry? Sister Janae or Sister Ivana? Do have a blessed day! I do expect Sister Ivana to Whatsapp me after reading this article and say, "Boy Khrystus, nobody could go wid you you know. NOBODY!" I also expect a little spanking from Sister Janae's parents too.
