EAT  CARIBBEAN

Don't leave crab and dumplings in Tobago,
And come and cry to me.
Or leave Trinidad with her roti,
And tell me you're hungry.
Eat your Montserrat Mannish water,
Bammie and fried fish in J.A.
Line up for ducunah in Antigua,
Fill you stomach if you may.
Move from St. Lucia to Grenada,
And I'll put you on the spot.
Dominica's mountain chicken,
Have with callalou or pepper pot.
In St. Kitts - Nevis your mouth will water,
Cookup springs eternal here,
And our johnny cakes and salt fish,
Oscar winners - ANYWHERE.

Any place you try in the Indies,
You'll get good food if you care,
I guarantee you fancy eating,
From great Nassau to Basseterre.
Hotel, restaurant or home stead,
Barbados bids you listen well.
For to touch down on the islandm
Cooking flying fish you'll smell.
Foods have no roll-call in the islands,
Eat, drink, enjoy, fall in line ----
Cut no style, just feed your fancy,
Caribbean cooking's just sublime.
