Dear global audience, it's time to meet 33 year old Anastasha Elliott. I told you about her sometime back when she personally brought me some lovely cakes from her business, but she's doing a lot more now, so it's time to update you again.
I "kinda" think that I HAVE THE BEST FRIENDS IN THE WORLD. I love to hang with and talk to people who are doing something POSITIVE with their life. I don't like being around and/or talking to NEGATIVE, PESSIMISTIC people. That's just me.

Dear global audience, it's time to meet 33 year old Anastasha Elliott. I told you about her sometime back when she personally brought me some lovely cakes from her business, but she's doing a lot more now, so it's time to update you again.
I "kinda" think that I HAVE THE BEST FRIENDS IN THE WORLD. I love to hang with and talk to people who are doing something POSITIVE with their life. I don't like being around and/or talking to NEGATIVE, PESSIMISTIC people. That's just me.
Anastasha Elliott is a very driven individual. She always had the desire to be an entrepreneur from a young age. As a teen, she started crocheting hats, bags, hair ties, making patties, cupcakes and nuts on the weekend.
Anastasha has always been entrepreneurial!
This elegant ambitious St. Kitts gem worked for about 8 years in the media industry before returning to school to retool and nurture her passions. She worked hard to be qualified in the food industry, art and her eternal inquisitive mind led her to learn herbs and their uses.
Anastasha is never afraid to experiment. She is never afraid to fail. In communicating with her, she said, "How will you know if you don't try and how will you learn if you don't fail sometimes? The trick is to learn so you don't make the same mistakes over and over again. Even the most high in his infinite mercy has a cut off point. So learn and grow and dream and believe. Work hard and know that all you need to succeed is to start at step one and keep going. Be innovative and experiment. Walk your path and do it well and above all keep the most high at the forefront for all is possible only with him."
The young Ms. Elliott operates three small businesses out of her home in St. Peters - St. Kitts. She runs Le Parlour, which she started three years ago.
She also operates a bakeshop selling children's character cakes, bespoke cakes, wedding and occasion cakes, home made ice cream, cheesecakes, novelty and gourmet cupcakes, cookies and ice cream cakes to name a few.

As if that isn't enough, my friend Anastasha also operates Sweet Little Things where she produces a range of jams, chocolate spreads and infused honey. She uses local fruits and vegetables in creating her jams such as the quickly popular banana and pineapple jams and the exotic carrot cake and sweet potato jams.
Her chocolate spread flavors include coconut/chocolate, almond/chocolate, hazelnut/chocolate and honey/chocolate. The infused honey are mint honey, sweet basil honey, sage honey, rosemary honey and lemon basil honey. The herbs she uses she grows and is quite proud of her little garden.
Ms. Elliott says she hopes one day to open an Apothecary and Gourmet Shop but in the interim is working on her businesses from her home.
