Mr. David Lake, Manager of LIME |
Mr. Khrystus Wallace, Founder of KVK ENTERPRISES - www.kvklives.com, Dare 2 Be Different International - www.daretobedifferentskn.com and The Blazing Star Movement - www.theblazingstarmovement.com |
David Lake, Manager of LIME - St. Kitts and Nevis and Khrystus Wallace, CEO and FOUNDER of KVK ENTERPRISES - www.kvklives.com, Dare 2 Be Different International - www.daretobedifferentskn.com and The Blazing Star Movement - www.theblazingstarmovement.com ARE FINALLY AT PEACE AGAIN after a morning court trial today 8th September, 2014.
Khrystus Wallace had gained much international media publicity after being arrested on an alleged charge of demanding money by menace having sent a text message that caused Lake to complain him to the police.
Khrystus' Lawyer, Sir Nassibou Butler certainly didn't have to work hard after Mr. David Lake, the down to earth, kind, generous C.E.O of the leading Telecommunications Company in the Caribbean - LIME, stated that he didn't want to pursue the matter any further and wanted both parties to put it behind them.
Wallace and Lake have therefore restored both their personal friendship and their corporate relationship as KVK ENTERPRISES - www.kvklives.com has been PROUDLY screen printing and embroidering shirts for LIME for several years.
Brother Khrystus commented, "I firstly want to thank GOD for the outcome today. I also want to thank Mr. David Lake for certainly being a gentleman and I also want to say sorry if my text message (s) to him were strong and offensive. I am honestly happy that we didn't have to put up any big legal fight to see who was wrong or who was right also. We are civilized individuals and I am happy we can put this behind us from today and continue working together as friend and as companies."
Brother Khrystus also issued a STRONG WORD OF WARNING AND ADVICE to media, "I am grateful that all media houses in St. Kitts and Nevis have complete power and freedom of speech rights and access. I speak on behalf of myself and countless others today. The media in St. Kitts and Nevis, especially SKNVIBES.COM and ZIZ that was quick to publicize that Khrystus Wallace, The Popular Preacher, Businessman and Aspiring Politician was ARRESTED in a brutal and vicious attempt to defame my character and joyfully try to destroy me, should have also been present in COURT today to tell the world the outcome. The media in St. Kitts and Nevis should stop being so PARTIAL with regards to telling the world the ALLEGED WRONG SOMEONE DID and then FAILING TO TELL THE WORLD that one's name has been cleared from such CHARGES when cases are WON or THROWN OUT.
Brother Khrystus' legal woes are not over though, His legal team headed by Sir. Nassibou Butler - www.lawyerbutlerskn.com, along with his regional lawyers and possible U.S.A Counsel are expected to fight for his freedom in the latter part of October, 2014.
Superintendent Charles Smithen, head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force told the court today that the reason why Wallace's Seditious Publication case has been delayed for so many months is because the S.K.N Police had applied to some arm of The United States of America to get permission or a licence to search Wallace's Desktops, Laptops, Hard Drives, Pen Drives etc and they had just recently gotten approval from The United States of America.
Superintendent Smithen asked the court for a further six (6) weeks to process Wallace's computers and other electronic devices before the start of Wallace's Seditious Publication case at the Basseterre - St. Kitts - Court.
Lawyer Butler, privy to this information said that The Federal Government of St. Kitts and Nevis led by Dr. Denzil Douglas is just playing games with Khrystus Wallace to try and frustrate him and possibly send him CRAZY as they are fully aware that Khrystus is too brilliant for his age. Lawyer Butler said that neither he or his client wasn't scared one bit and was more than ready to defend the Police Challenge if the case was to be called today.
Butler further commented, "I've been practicing LAW for over 50 years in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis and have never seen such a bold, outright attempt to destroy a young brilliant son of the soil. I've discussed Khrystus' matter with several other of my legal luminaries and retired judges and all they have said is to let the young man enjoy the FREE PUBLICITY - it's good for his future campaign and has actually given him a WINNING STORY AS A YOUNG POLITICIAN. Legal minds have all agreed that the radical intervention of the POLICE over frivolous articles and Khrystus 6 months arrest was just a waist of police and government time and resources and he would teach all those involved a lesson that they would never forget in the coming months.
With an Alleged Seditious Publication Charge hanging over Brother Khrystus' head, the world waits to see what the end result would be as the young, ambitious 28 year old gentleman pushes forward an agenda to be Prime Minister of the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis under a Blazing Star Movement Administration - www.theblazingstartmovement.com in the future.
