Historic St. Kitts - Nevis Compensation High Court Case Starts Today

Justice Marlene Carter, the current sitting High Court Judge in The Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis began processing the suit between Khrystus Wallace and Charles Smithen (1st Defendant) and The Attorney General of St. Kitts and Nevis (2nd Defendant) at The Sir Lee L. Moore Judicial Complex this morning, Friday, 19th February, 2016.

Wallace, a 29 year old preacher, businessman and aspiring politician is making claims for his wrongful political arrest in 2013 by The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force which was Nolle Proseque on Monday, 11th May, 2015. Read about the entire fiasco on www.theblazingstarmovement.com

Wallace is also claiming for defamation of his character, loss of business and damage to his tools of trade to run his business and for other hurt.

Appearing for the young Reverend was Lawyer Marsha Henderson and Lawyer Woodley of Henderson Legal Chambers and appearing for Charles Smithen and The Attorney General of St. Kitts and Nevis was New Crown Counsel Azard Gumbs.

The case was adjourned and continues soon.
