Government Run PEP Programme Produces 1st Youth Entrepreneur attached to Dare 2 Be Different Int'l

29 year old Ayeesha Stanley has said that her life will never be the same again having gotten the chance to start her own business through the St. Kitts - Nevis S.I.D.F Government Sponsored P.E.P (People's Empowerment  Project).

Ms. Hanley was afforded the opportunity just yesterday, Monday, 26th February, 2013 to be attached as an employee to Dare 2 Be Different International - www.daretobedifferentskn.com. As Khrystus Wallace always does, as not only a businessman but as a minister of the gospel, he sits with new attachments individually to ascertain their current situation, check to see if they have dreams, guide them and start them off fully motivated and ready to run around the globe.

When it was Ms. Hanley's turn to talk to Wallace in his Ministry office,  she spoke to him a bit, bowed her head and said she had always dreamed of starting her own cleaning business but never had any help or motivation. She said seeing the Embroidered Cleaning Shirt by www.kvkenterprises.com for a client, made her sad that everyone was getting a chance at their dreams and not her.

Wallace, an agressive businessman, outgoing preacher and youth advocate who wants to see EVERY  YOUTH  AROUND  THE  WORLD  EXCEL  and climb the success ladder too, didn't let the opportunity pass. He asked Hanley to return to see him at around 5:30pm the same day that she started. When Hanley returned, Wallace was in a sudden meeting. She tried again 1 hour later and he was leaving to go to another meeting. Not wanting to give up on recieving the help she always dreamed of, Wallace's next call at his homebased business came at 9pm from Ms Hanley, as if she knew he couldn't be busy at that time.

Khrystus let her into his ministry office and firstly commended her for her persistence which portrayed that she was a real woman ready for business. Ms. Hanley shared her concept and Khrystus carefully created her business plan concept before her very eyes.

A couple of minutes after taking Ayeesha's photo with his Blackberry, Wallace had created a Business Name and basic webpage for Ms. Hanley called www.spotlesscleaningskn.com.  An excited Ayeesha opened her mouth and quickly covered it with her hand as she said, "ME  ARM - LOOK  AT  ME  BUSINESS  ALREADY. You mek dis ting look so simple."

Having completed the website, Wallace secured Ms. Hanley's first cleaning contract after a call to further motivate and excite her. Ayeesha then wondered if she should continue with the programme. It was there and then, she got her first quick lesson into the importance of working capital and the importance of staying on and benefiting for as long as she could.

"Don't see yourself holding a mop and a bucket cleaning an office or a home for the rest of your life," said Khrystus to Ms. Hanley. "but see yourself having so many contracts that you have to sit in your office and hire folks to help you. All this is possible simply because you tried. In a few hours, I'll tell the entire globe about your new effort and persistence. Oh yes. . . .after we prove and test that market while attached the PEP and see if it works for you, it is the legal thing to register your business so you can in return pay taxes and help to build a better island and I'll help you do that too. You also need to open another account to save all your business monies in before you spend it, so that when you are ready for a loan, bankers can see how much cash really passes through your business.

"Me arm toots - Me picture look good?" a smiling Ayesha said.

The 30 minute after-hour meeting left Ms. Hanley smiling and most grateful that the Government Run PEP Project had given her a chance at life and that God had allowed her to be placed at www.daretobedifferentskn.com

President and Founder Khrystus Wallace said, that Youth Director and PEP Project Manager Geoffoery Hanley had expressed to him the importance of producing as many success stories from the Project and had charged him to do his best. Wallace said that after a charge like that from the gentleman who had given him so many chances to harness his social and youth development skills from as early at Grade 5, along with providing so many opportunities to represent the Federation of St. Kitts - Nevis all across the world as far as Brazil, the least he could have done was to give back to the Federation by helping to empower more youths and monitor them under his Dare 2 Be Different Mission Mobilization Business Incubator Iniative - www.mmskn.com

Every small business that Dare 2 Be Different International helps to establish and nurture gets 3 free shirts with their new logo, 50 business cards, a free webpage for a year, free advertising for a year on The Caribbean's Auction Site - www.caribbesales.com, marketing training, quickbooks training and full monitoring and step by step, hand by hand guidance as they grow and develop in business, a service that very few, including bankers were providing to youths and all in order to help them climb the ladder of success too.

Khrystus Wallace's Dare 2 Be Different Inernational Mission Mobilization Project - www.mmskn.com  and Consulting Services - www.kwconsultingskn.com , runs an ECOMMERCE  Business Labs Hands Workshop that ensures that each participant gets a basic webpage and leave the 1 week or 2 week workshop with either a part time or full time business. This is unlike most typical Business Labs Workshops and it is available to Youth Departments, Churches, NGOs, etc all across the world by emailing: info@kwconsultingskn.com  for quotation and to begin interacting with Wallace.

Khrystus Wallace enjoys digging into the deepest parts of one's heart and bring out their best.
