Devon Fyfield and Amal Whyte who is a former class mate of mine from The Dr. William Connor Primary School walked out of The Sir Lee L. Moore Judicial Complex YESTERDAY, Monday, 3rd November, 2014 as FREE MEN.
The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force radically arrested and charged them both in 2005 for the alleged murder of a St. Kitts Businessman and waited sixty-two 62 months to try their case STEALING 62 MONTHS OF THEIR LIFE, but using a PLOY to ensure that they got JAIL TIME and surpress them as they have been doing over the years, probably knowing they had NO CASE.
This is what is happening in The Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis.
The good thing though about the Constitution of St. Kitts and Nevis, is that it DOES MAKE PROVISIONS (for persons who were wrongfully arrested and incarcerated and had their mugshots disseminated globally and media houses publish their names and pictures and tear their reputation apart,) to RECEIVE COMPENSATION / DAMAGES which is the GOOD THING ABOUT BEING LOCKED UP WRONGFULLY. YOU CAN GET LOTS AND LOTS OF MONEY FROM GOVERNMENT that you didn't have to WORK FOR. lol
The two appeared before Justice Marlene Carter. Fyfield was represented by Lawyers Hesketh Benjamin and Marissa Hobson and Whyte was represented by Lawyers Henry Browne and Marsha Henderson.
Sadly, in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis, once you are arrested and/or jailed, society MARS you for life with the NASTY THINGS THEY SAY (forgetting that IT COULD HAPPEN TO THEM TO) and to make it worse, as soon as The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis REJOICES to publish your MUGSHOT and scar your REPUTATION FOR LIFE, society fails to think objectively and MARK PEOPLE GUILTY before ALLOWING THEM TO PROVE THEIR INNOCENCE.

Let me be honest here, Devon Fyfield and Amal Whyte looked out - looked out - looked out - for me while I was wrongfully incarcerated at Her Majesty's Prison by The Federal Government of St. Kitts and Nevis.
Devon was my BARBER AND MESSENGER and Amal was my MENTOR and Political Advisor! SO THIS VICTORY IS MY VICTORY TOO!

They helped me to adjust from sleeping in my big bedroom, with TV and computer and my own snack pantry, to being ORDERED BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF ST. KITTS - NEVIS to ENSURE that I sleep under a BED next to a TOILET with ants and cock roaches on a dirty rug in an OVERCROWDED CELL HOUSING WITH CLOSE TO 25 people who can't walk around and THE ENVIRONMENT REMAINS TENSE.
This is what is happening in The Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis and our media house understands that INTERNATIONAL GRANTS - FREE MONEY to build a new Prison Facility have been constantly rejected as those in charge say - LET THEM SUFFER FOR WHAT THEY HAVE DONE!
I haven't begun to tell you about Her Majesty's Prison in St. Kitts over all those months as YET because I really don't want you to RISE UP - BUT PRAY FOR THE PEOPLE IN THERE. Remember when you go to VISIT - your inmates - your fathers - mothers - brothers - sisters CAN'T TALK FREELY!
THEY ARE HUMANS TOO! PRAY FOR THEM STILL. St. Kitts Jail isn't like what you see on TV. It's 10,000 worse.
Remember - I SPENT SIX (6) months there as The Federal Government of St. Kitts and Nevis fought bail all that time to surpress me from talking and writing like I'm doing now. They locked my up on SEDITION CHARGES like Africa's Nelson Mandella saying I want to take over the country.
It's not that - It's just that I want BETTER FOR THE GHETTO YOUTH - simply because THEY ARE FEELING IT THE MOST.

Amal Whyte is a BRILLIANT YOUNG MAN. I had the pleasure of staying in the same OVERCROWDED CELL with him and we talked and reasoned a lot - a lot - a lot - a lot. I learned ALOT FROM HIM - HONESTLY - I don't know it all.

That's why JESUS CAME - to extend GRACE AND MERCY and if we say we are GOD FOLLOWERS and a GOD FEARING NATION - we too should be willing to extend the same GRACE AND MERCY AT TIMES and stop being HYPOCRITES!
Watch how those who call themselves - CHRISTIANS BEHAVE EH - you shouldn't see CHRISTIANITY MARKED ON THEIR SHIRTS AND CARS. Although none of us is PERFECT, if one is TRULY SAVED AND IN A TRUE RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD - you should see it coming out from the things they DO and not from the things they SAY.
KUDOS TO DEVON FYFIELD AND AMAL WHYTE - Stay focused - Although GHETTO YOUTHS FEEL IT THE MOST - THEY CAN'T KEEP GOOD MEN DOWN!
