Visit The Victory Centre with Rev. Khrystus Wallace - 1 Hour Church That Touches The Heart

26 year old Rev. Khrystus Wallace, who founded the Caribbean's 1st Fully Dedicated Internet Church called The Victory Centre - www.thevictorycentre.com in 2010 and has been preaching and using Social Media to reach the world, has officially launched the Brick and Mortar church concept at his home yard in Boyds - St. Kitts.

Wallace, who is an entrepreneur, philanthropist and youth advocate has always contended that church should be more than just praying, preaching and collecting. He said, "I believe along with the spiritual aspect of the church, God planted it to also be an empowerment facility for its members and supporters and church today has gone far away from that."

Wallace noted that individuals who become a member of The Victory Centre can be assured of constant empowerment. He commented, "My mother, Mrs. Yvette Wallace, M.Ed will start teaching our child members from age 4 how to read for FREE. She taught kindergarten for most of her life before being promoted to Head Teacher and Education Officer.

Our youths and adults will learn how to care for a home, make bread, do agroprocessing, craft, cook, plait, etc. ALL  OF  OUR  MEMBERS  will get FREE computer classes. We are in the 21st century and to not be computer literate wasn't good at all. We will teach all our members whether they are 4 or 94 how to professionally get up to date with technology."

Member students also get free homework help, free printing of assignments and free student empowerment workshops. Rev. Khrystus said that he a committee would be put in place to visit the schools of his member students to dialogue with teachers having received parent's permission so that the church could also play an integral part in each child's life.

Rev. Khrystus ended by saying, "Anything Dare 2 Be Different International does has to be different. That's why God gave us that name. We are on a mandate to ensure that every member that passes through our headquarters is properly empowered in someway. They may learn website design, how to play the guitar or keyboard or how to cook etc.

Why? We want to approach missions, evangelism and church with a new idea and perspective. We certainly will not water down the MESSAGE of JESUS CHRIST, but the method of delivery had to change hence the ONE  HOUR  CHURCH  CONCEPT to let the message stick and give attendees more time to socialize and interact during our After Service Victory Breakfast.

The Method of Delivery MUST  be different. For example, our Kenya - Ghana trip was delayed a bit, but when we get over there, we want Joy "Lady Smilez" Codrington to be plaiting the children's hair and telling them about Jesus in the process. We want my mother teaching the youth or adults how to turn some of their fruits or vegetables into a finished agro-processed products and telling of Jesus in the process. We want Brother Lemerce to be teaching Guitar or Keyboard or Graphics design and telling of Jesus in the process.

This will continue to happen  on every mission trip and it will be a mandate of every ministry we plant around the world. We must evangelize in a different way. Therefore, don't expect us to always be coming to a village with an open air. What we will do, is come to a village with our T-shirt Printing Machine, set it up, draw everyone's attention and while we teach printing on the street, we tell of the Good News of Jesus Saves. Our ideas and concept is different.

No businessman or woman will be apart of our church without getting access to a free webpage and free advertising across our network. Each of our members depending on the area in which they serve, will get a certain number of FREE  PRINTS  per month.

That is like giving money to them as prints cost MONEY.
Classes cost MONEY.
Webpages cost MONEY.

That is what church is about too - preaching, praying, collecting and empowering. Happy and empowered members won't want to miss church. Happy and empowered members would always want to help. Happy and empowered members would look out for each other because their Shepherd is looking out for them.

One of the interesting things Rev. Wallace - a man with an innovative business mind has done, is to register his USA Cooporation to also provide Travel Services. He said he did this for several reasons.

1. It was a good fundraiser for the international ministry as selling TRAVEL was a lucrative industry and got the church away from BAKE SALES, WALK-A-THONS etc. The Ministry plans to constantly sell affordable vacation travel packages to St. Kitts all year round and encourage patrons to stay in apartments of its members to help them make a living too.

2. He wanted direct access to be able to plan and book ministry cruises, tickets, hotels etc and change itineraries and not have the hassle of calling an agent.

3. He wanted to be able to price tickets very low when ever any of his members from anywhere in the world wanted to travel for vacation, emergency etc

4. He wanted to also be able to help missionaries from Dare 2 Be Different International be able to travel for less, his Annual Summer Campers travel for less too and also assist supporting team missionaries and artistes from other ministries to be able to come to St. Kitts - Nevis or travel to any of his hubs across the world affordably.

Rev. Khrystus and the team plans to do things differently. The church and youth ministry will continue to do all that it can to keep youths positively occupied and impacted. One of the events that the young people would look forward too is the monthly trip to the movies with Rev. Wallace and after party with Joy "Lady Smilez" Codrington - the popular radio hosts that everyone loves.

The ministry will teach media to the youth and allow them to have their own Internet Radio - www.d2bdradio.com and Internet TV - www.d2bdtv.com shows which will help to increase morale and self esteem and create future media successes in the process while keeping their friends entertained, encouraged and blesssed too.

The Dare 2 Be Different International Victory Centre will not be passing offering plates or envelopes and stressing and pushing members to give and making them feel that it was a sin if they didn't, especially if they really couldn't afford it.

Rev. Wallace believes that churches should stay empowering its members and when memberss and others see what their ministry was doing, God would lead indivuals to support and give into The Victory Box to keep the ministry going. Wallace said he never wanted to pass a plate and have folks give just to be seen, but wanted persons to support simply because they wanted to see the work of the Lord Grow.

The Dare 2 Be Different Victory Centre is Different and folks can attend from 8:30am - 9:30am on Sundays at Boyds - St. Kitts or watch on any of the ministry websites too around the world. Registration to be a member can be done online at: www.thevictorycentre.com  and there are two types of members. Brick and Mortar Members who attend in person and Virtual Members who listen or watch online.

The Ministry's Prayer and Order Line 869-465-5914 is open weekly from 10am - 4pm and folks can always call in for prayer or to get a copy of one of Rev. Khrystus' sermons from over the years or to order any of his books titled "God's Prescription for Positive Living I and II" available on www.daretobedifferentskn.com
