Dr. C. G. Walwyn - SKN Police Commissioner Authorized Emergency SECURITY For Shamon Herbert's Candle Light Vigil

27th October, 2014

By: Brother Khrystus V. K. Wallace, President of Dare 2 Be Different International - www.daretobedifferentskn.com since June 2008

Dr. C. G. Walwyn - Commissioner of Police - Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force

I think it is critically important that I extend public thanks and appreciation to Dr. C. G. Walwyn, Commissioner of Police in the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force and his team of HARD WORKING SOLDIERS, on behalf of the family of the late Shamon Herbert and my Dare 2 Be Different International Global Ministry - www.daretobedifferentskn.com.

I am always one who feels that it is very important that we COMMEND  AND  RECOGNIZE individuals for doing GOOD and not seek to degrade and destroy them alone when they do wrong or don't do what we expect them to do.

Even though there is still some TEMPORARY rift between myself and the Police Force in St. Kitts - Nevis, I think I should be MAN  ENOUGH  and publicly say A  BIG THANK  YOU.

Why?

You see, the family of the late Brother Shamon Herbert reached out to our Dare 2 Be Different International Ministry - www.daretobedifferentskn.com to assist with planning a candlelight vigil in his memory last Saturday and RUSH  PRINTING some memorial shirts at KVK ENERPRISES - www.kvklives.com.

As our ministry has been doing since our launch on 1st June, 2008, we always go above and beyond to make a DIFFERENCE. We reach out, help and assist ALL in what ever little way we can, even if they are not apart or our ministry or do not financially support our ministry. WE  ARE  DIFFERENT!

As a last minute thought, I emailed an official letter to Dr. C. G. Walwyn and his team, along with Government Ministers, requesting security for the event knowing very well the nature of the situation. As I looked around to get a feel of my audience after Pastor Gaston Harris of Beacon of Hope Ministries, introduced me to preach the gospel, low and behold Dr. Walwyn had ensured the POLICE  SECURITY WAS  AT THE  EVENT and the policed had lived up to its duty which is to SERVE  AND  TO  PROTECT at such a LAST MINUTE.

Honestly, I wouldn't have been angry if they didn't come. I wasn't even expecting them to come because of the last minute request. I now have much more CONFIDENCE in the fact that when I call on the POLICE COMMISSIONER - 1-869-662-2145 (His Cell) for help, he'll ensure that his team is THERE  TO PROTECT  THE COMMUNITY.

Cheers Dr. Walwyn - to you and your entire Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police and Army Team. THANK  YOU  FOR  COMING  THROUGH ON  SUCH  SHORT  NOTICE AND TRULY SERVING  AND  PROTECTING!

The event did go as planned WITHOUT  FURTHER  INCIDENT!
