New Trinity Community Group Graduated In Grand Style At Manhatten Gardens Last Night - Picture Report

Fully funded by The Federal Government of St. Kitts and Nevis, The Caribbean Development Bank and The Basic Needs Trust Fund, the new Trinity Community Group, officially known as The United Villages of West Farm, Boyds and Palmetto Point INC. graduated in grand style last night at The Manhattan Gardens Restaurant located at Limekiln, St. Kitts BUFFET  STYLE.

The graduation ceremony and dinner culminated four months of rigorous Capacity Strengthening Skills Training at the Bronte Welsh Primary School in The Trinity Community.

The programme was cheered by Mr. Delroy Prentice, the Federal Government Community Officer responsible for the area. The prayer was offered to God by secretary of the group Ms. Jean Richards followed by welcome remarks by President Khrystus Wallace.

A project overview was given by Mr. Bernell Richards, Vice President who coordinated the project, followed by a speech from The Basic Needs Trust Fund Representative Ms. Patrick.

Director of Social Services and Community Development, Ms. Azilla Clarke gave brief remarks followed by a solo by President of the group, Brother Khrystus Wallace who sang "WE  JUST  CAN"T  GIVE  UP  NOW."

Presentations of certificates were made to the graduates by Ms. Patrick of The Basic Needs Trust Fund and to their facilitators by President Khrystus Wallace.

The two best performing graduates with perfect attendance selected were Ms. Jean Richards and Mr. Khrystus Wallace.

The two best facilitators chosen were Ms. Cyndie Demming and Mr. Terry Morris.

The Vote of Thanks was given by Public Relations Officer of the Group - Ms. Verlyn Warner.

With pre-approved funding by The Federal Government of St.Kitts - Nevis, The Caribbean Development Bank and The Basic Needs Trust Fund, the new Trinity Community Group moves forward with implementing the first in a series of ongoing projects that are expected to impact the communities in a positive way.
