If the remarks made by Nigel Carty on Facebook against the court of appeal is not contempt of court, then what else is?
Imagine the Honourable Nigel Carty is the Senator and Minister of Education and Information in the present Labour Party regime!
If this is not a blatant contempt of The Supreme Court of The Eastern Caribbean, what else is?
As an aspiring Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis in the future, despite all my current struggles and hard knocks brought on by my once good friend, Dr. Douglas, I ensure that I listen keenly to the advice and teaching of many of the Caribbean's finest legal luminaries that are training me, guiding me and teaching me LAW as they train me to be the future Prime Minister that nobody can just walk over just like that and also how to aggressively handle myself at INTERNATIONAL DEAL TABLES.
They constantly POUND in my head that THOSE WHO DO NOT KNOW THEIR HISTORY ARE BOUND TO REPEAT IT. Therefore, I know and have read extensively about our nation's history. The founding of the Labour Movement and the undescribable oppression we were under before and also what caused the start of The Dr. Kennedy Simmond's People's Action Movement.
According to my research and legal teaching from esteemed and renowned Caribbean Legal Luminaries, who have vetted and approved this article for international publishing, way back in the 1960's, after the acquittal of Billy Herbert and Michael Powell on false, malicious and unfounded criminal charges brought against them by the then LABOUR regime in the High Court, JUST LIKE MY TRUMPED UP SEDITION CHARGES WHERE I WAS LOCKED UP BY PRIME MINISTER DR. DENZIL DOUGLAS PERSONALLY FOR SIX (6) months, Robert Bradshaw, the then Premier of St. Kitts - Nevis and Anguilla passed a resolution in the house of assembly of St. Kitts stating that "The Government of St. Kitts and Nevis and Anguilla has NO CONFIDENCE in the administration of Justice by our Courts of Justice."
In rapid response to the above resolution, the then Court of Appeal, consisting of Chief Justice Sir Allen Montgomery Lewis, Sir Percy Lewis, Justice of Appeal and Michael Gordon, Justice of Appeal came to St. Kitts quickly and delivered a SCORCHING, written denunciation signed by ALL JUDGES of the CONDUCT OF ROBERT BRADSHAW in which it was stated that Bradshaw's resolution was Contemptuous.
Nigel Carty isn't even close to premier and can't even get ELECTED or ever present himself for election anywhere in the Federation!
Nigel Carty's remarks about the Court of Appeal, appear to be that of a LUNATIC, FANATIC AND DUNDO-DICK devoid of any COMMON SENSE whatsoever.
Even if the Chief Justice is married to A. Periera, even if A. Periera was over forty (40) years ago associated with PAM, do those circumstances mean that a court of appeal consisting of Davidson Baptiste, Justice of Appeal, Mario Mitchell, Justice of Appeal and Bleadman, Justice of Appeal would be influenced by those circumstances in considering their decision?

Also, even if the President of the Caribbean Court of Justice is Dennis Byron, the brother of Vincent Byron, who is on the Legal Team before the Court of Appeal which is not apart of the Caribbean Court of Justice, does it mean that the Court of Appeal consisting of the above-mentioned would be influenced by that circumstance?
