Prime Minister Dr. The Right Honourable Denzil Douglas of The St. Kitts - Nevis Labour Party Administration

28 Year Old Brother Khrystus V. K. Wallace, Founder and Leader of The Blazing Star Movement

In a historic turn of events today in The Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis as Brother Khrystus Wallace's SEDITION case continued, still without the Director of Public Prosecution's Office receiving a file from the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force, the KEY witness and investigating officer, St. Kitts-Nevis Civil Servant Superintendent Charles Smithen, Head of The Criminal Investigation Division refused to attend Magistrate Mallelieu's Court having been summoned to appear to give an update.

Through the Director of Public Prosecution's Office, Superintendent Charles Smithen sent a message that he and Sergeant Morton of The Criminal Investigation Division had to attend an EMERGENCY POLICE  TRIBUNAL to deal with an internal matter and couldn't be present.

Superintendent Charles Smithen was the one who headed the early morning raid on the Wallace Family Residence at Boyds - St. Kitts and KVK ENTERPRISES - www.kvklives.com business without a COURT ORDER  and SEARCH  WARRANT.

Smithen, who was surrounded by St. Kitts - Nevis Army Soldiers on Monday, 27th May, 2013 and K9 dogs, searching for DRUGS, GUNS AND  AMMUNITIONS and embarrassingly finding NOTHING, seemingly frustrated and not wanting to DISAPPOINT  Prime Minister Douglas to gain more stripes, ordered that his ARMY  SOLDIERS under his command take ALL of the WALLACE Family and KVK ENTERPRISES - www.kvklives.com desktops, smart phones, laptops, pen drives, dongle keys to run printing equipment and certain EXTREMELY  CONFIDENTIAL  BUSINESS FILES.

Superintendent Smithen had told Magistrate Josephine Mallelieu on Monday, 27th October, 2014 that his CID department was finished with the items, contents and information, which are valued at over EC$1 Million Dollars and would return them on Wednesday, 29th October, 2014 at 9 am Sharp. Smithen wasn't true to his word and it was only until Brother Khrystus contacted Prime Minister Dr. Denzil Douglas via his smart phone, that Dr. Douglas had 1/3 of the items returned with no explanation of where the others were and whether THEY  WERE  STOLEN,  DESTROYED  OR  NOT  WORKING.

Yesterday in Court, Sergeant Morton had a contradicting story to his boss Superintendent Charles Smithen. He said that the Police were still searching the items in CUSTODY for evidence, while Superintendent Charles Smithen had said since Monday, 27th October, 2014 that The Criminal Investigation Division was complete with the items.

Certainly, this is quite an embarrassing episode for The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force headed by Dr. C.  G. Walwyn. Upon Dr. Walwyn's taking over of the Force, Smithen was transferred from The Tabernacle Police Station and immediately made head of C.I.D as Inspector Belgrove was thrown out.

Magistrate Josephine Mallelieu-Webbe adjourned the continuation of the matter for a next date. What will ever become of Brother Khrystus' NEVER  ENDING  SEDITION  CASE  that has now been running for some TWO  YEARS, now drawing international attention. The top ten countries following Brother Khrystus' fiasco with the Federal Government of St. Kitts and Nevis per capita are: The United States of America, St. Kitts and Nevis, Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Anguilla, United Kingdom, Canada, British Virgin Islands, US Virgin Islands and Russia.

Privy to this information, Head of The Blazing Star Movement - www.theblazingstarmovement.com Legal Team, Sir Nassibou Butler who was Director of Public Prosecution under the Dr. Kennedy Alphonse Simmond's People's Action Movement Administration shook his head and commented, "Imagine, this is now what St. Kitts and Nevis has come too. This could have never happened under Dr. Simmond's Time. I was DPP and we used to move through both Magistrate Court and High Court cases SPEEDILY and if we didn't have any evidence, I was quick to say that and let the magistrate throw them out so we can move on with our business and stop wasting the nation's time and money and resources on matters when POLICE  KNOW  THAT  THEY  HAVE  NO  CASE."

"Imagine in St. Kitts and Nevis, Police can lock up people for six months, arrange to have their bail denied and keep bringing them before a court for two years and the Director of Public Prosecution's Office hasn't received a file as yet and officers get to give any excuse not to attend court and cases keep being adjourned."

Brother Khrystus' International Lawyers who were emailed about today's adjournment said they couldn't believe what is really going on with the JUSTICE system in St. Kitts and Nevis and asked that their comments bashing what is currently happening not be published online.
