Moore Judicial Complex to keep the young man frustrated.
One of the investigating officers who was asked approximately one week ago to find out from the Director of Public Prosecution whether or not his office wanted to proceed with the case and charges, said that he didn't get to meet with The DPP as yet as he was on a massive murder case.
With regards to the return of Brother Khrystus' critical tools of trade, the investigating officer told Magistrate Josephine Mallelieu-Webbe that another officer was completing some imaging of the items for evidence and they needed more time and begged for an adjournment.

As a dictator and manipulator, he also pre-arranged that he should sleep under a smelly bed on a dirty mat, next to a smelly toilet with cock roaches, ants, mice, centipedes in an over crowded small cell where some folks sleep sitting up on buckets.

Prison officers said that they were under instructions not to give Brother Khrystus his medicine and begged the young man to speak out about the type of ORDERS they, as Prison Officers are given to suppress and oppress inmates denying them some FUNDAMENTAL HUMAN RIGHTS.
When Justice Ramdhani came to the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis and looked upon the case in the HIGH COURT, he immediately released Brother Khrystus on bail on a mere EC$5000 / US$1872 on Friday, 29th November, 2013 after he had already served six (6) months in prison when all previous magistrates and judges had denied him bail. Justice Ramdhani was quick to state OUTRIGHT that he saw NOTHING SEDITIOUS in Wallace's article and was shocked that he had served some SIX (6) months in a St. Kitts - Nevis jail JUST FOR WRITING A COMICAL ARTICLE.
Even after Ramdhani's statements, the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force is still doing all in their power to push the charges.
