Reverend Khrystus Gets Emotional! Sedition Case Adjourned Again! Were His Tools of Trade Really Destroyed By SKN Government?
Dozens of whatsapp messages came into Brother Khrystus' cell phone 1-869-661-0118 inquiring as to what became of his SEDITION CASE TODAY that was brought against him by The Former Prime Minister Dr. Denzil Douglas Labour Party Administration.
Hearts dropped again when local, regional and international friends and supporters of Brother Khrystus learned that his Sedition Case was adjourned yet again. Sitting Magistrate Josephine Mallelieu-Webbe, seemingly ANGRY that the case was still on her books, bypassed the lawyer from the Director of Prosecution's Office and immediately and temporarily adjourned the case and sent the senior investigating officer who was the one who led the raid on the Wallace Family Home and KVK ENTERPRISES -
www.kvklives.com business without a search warrant or court order on Monday, 27th May, 2013, to look for the Director of Public Prosecution to see if he still wanted to pursue the matter FORTHWITH.
The senior investigating officer returned shortly after and Court continued. He stated that The Director of Public Prosecution was busy with a High Court Matter and he didn't get to see him to discuss the way forward on the case. Magistrate Mallelieu-Webbe then turned to Brother Khrystus, yet again, probably for the "dozenth or maybe even twentieth" time now since May, 2013 and adjourned the case yet again.
The 28 year old fun, down to earth, crazy, bold, radical reverend who rarely cries, got quite emotional for the day and spent most of his entire Friday with his Lawyer Sir Nassibou Butler who continues to encourage him to remain strong and trust in God because HIS LATTER SHALL BE GREATER.
For those who didn't see Brother Khrystus serving them at KVK ENTERPRISES -
www.kvklives.com today and had to leave their orders because they wanted him to process them himself, now understand WHY.
"Imagine in St. Kitts and Nevis, Police can lock up people for six months without any evidence, arrange to have their bail denied and keep bringing them before a court for two years and the Director of Public Prosecution's Office hasn't received a file as yet from the same POLICE and cases keep being adjourned."
New Prime Minister Dr. Timothy Harris, the new minister of National Security and
FINANCE is now charged with handling Brother Khrystus' matter and compensation once the case is dropped.
Our media house promises to keep updating the world on how this NEW PRIME MINISTER, who won on a CAMPAIGN TITLED - FAIRNESS FOR ALL, plans to deal with this matter.
We'll definitely keep you informed as we examine to see if New Prime Minister Dr. Timothy Harris is a man to his word and will really BE FAIR TO ALL!
Lawyer Nassibou Butler is privy to inside POLICE information that Brother Khrystus' Tools of Trade were seemingly ordered to be destroyed by the previous government administration and that may be one reason why the case is constantly being adjourned for fear of the world hearing what can possibly happen to them in The Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis if they are UNLUCKILY wrongfully arrested, incarcerated for six (6) months and their bail denied constantly just for wanting to RISE AS A YOUTH and be Prime Minister someday.
