The case started after 11 am today Monday, 11th May, 2015, 16 days short of the official two (2) year mark when Brother Khrystus, a freelance creative journalist was radically arrested, charged and thrown into FEDERAL PRISON for SIX (6) months in St. Kitts just for WRITING AN ARTICLE that the CROWN said had the POWER to overthrow the sitting government and possibly start an uprising.
Director of Public Prosecution in St. Kitts - Nevis, Mr. Travers S. Sinanan didn't delay in stating publicly to the court that the CROWN had filed a NOLLE PROSEQUI which is a legal term or art and a Latin legal phrase meaning "BE UNWILLING TO PURSUE - a phrase amounting to DO NOT PROSECUTE.
