Out in the wide expanse of space,
I gaze, so stunned with wonder,
At all those vast and marvelous things
In our universe worthy of ponder.
Out yonder in that vast expanse,
Planets rule in silence,
Till sparks of meteors boom and flash,
Without the slightest pretense.
I stood amazed at early morn,
To see earth's sunrise - regal,
But confused, yet to learn about,
Other planets' sunrise as normal.
The meteors that gate crash the Earth,
Are less fierce by far,
Than loosely flying rocks out there,
Escaping Saturn, Jupiter, Venus or Mars.
Today I pray their debris high,
Can stay above the Earth's confines.
And never fall to Earth at all.
For that will blow our minds.

Our Amazing Universe
Out in the wide expanse of space,
I gaze, so stunned with wonder,
At all those vast and marvelous things
In our universe worthy of ponder.
Out yonder in that vast expanse,
Planets rule in silence,
Till sparks of meteors boom and flash,
Without the slightest pretense.
I stood amazed at early morn,
To see earth's sunrise - regal,
But confused, yet to learn about,

The meteors that gate crash the Earth,

And never fall to Earth at all.
For that will blow our minds.
