Dear Dr. Martin,
During the first quarter of 2013, I was treated at The Joseph N. France General Hospital.
A few days after signing documents to recluse myself of any type of treatment at that institution, I used Dr. McMilla Hodge who made me much wiser and undid what was done.
I returned to that institution to request a copy of my Medical Report in 2013 after being made WISER and was told that when it was ready, I would be contacted.
In case anyone from the JNF Administration forgot, I would like to humbly remind them all that this is 2015 now and very soon 2016. I am a bit too lazy to walk or drive to the JNF Hospital to give a gentle reminder that I still need it. I still need my last Medical Report from JNF, so I decided to write you a nice little gentle PUBLIC AND GLOBAL reminder and copy it to The New Minister of Health with high hopes that I would be contacted SHORTLY.

I'll be waiting on a gentle call to 1-869-661-0118 or 1-869-765-7270 to collect my Medical Report from The Joseph N. France General Hospital. That was the ONLY time, (Praise God) that I was ever admitted to the hospital so it certainly shouldn't be hard to find. The Doctor that provided treatment to me was a female Dr. Archibald.
