28 year old Brother Khrystus V. K. Wallace, the young man who has now gained the name - IRON MAN across St. Kitts - Nevis, had a very interesting day in court today as his Sedition Case brought against him by The Former Dr. Denzil L. Douglas St. Kitts - Nevis Labour Party Administration continued.
Corporal Audain, I.T Specialist attached to The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police force told Magistrate Mallelieu-Webbe that he was on sick leave for several weeks having underwent surgery and had returned most of Wallace's items yesterday, Thursday, 6th March, 2015.
Magistrate Mallelieu-Webbe asked Brother Khrystus if those were the most important items that he needed to get his business fully back up and the young man reported that he still needed two laptops, the two most important external hard drives and suggested that the police can do what ever they wanted to do with his smart phones as they were not much use to him now.
The embarrassment for The SKN Police came when Officer Audain told the court that he had only received one laptop and he was supported by Head of The Criminal Investigation Division, Superintendent Charles Smithen.
Brother Khrystus represented himself today. Lawyer Nassibou Butler confidently knew that his client could more than handle himself and didn't attend court today. Butler thinks that the entire Khrystus Sedition Case brought against him by Former Prime Minister Dr. Denzil Douglas is just a mockery of the St. Kitts - Nevis Judicial System and a travesty of Justice.
Brother Khrystus told Magistrate Mallelieu that on Monday, 27th May, 2013 when The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force raided the Wallace Family Home without a search warrant or court order and were leaving with so many items, his mother Mrs. Yvette Wallace, M.Ed demanded a list of the items that they were leaving with and it was on that SIGNED LIST, the police confirmed to have taken THREE (3) Laptops from the property on their raid with SUPER LARGE GUNS AND K9 dogs.
The second embarrassment for The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police force came when Brother Khrystus and his team checked to see if the items returned yesterday and today were working.
After testing the equipment, ONLY ONE EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE was working therefore PROVING WHY THE POLICE WERE PROBABLY PLAYING THE DELAY GAME with the young man for so many months and keeping him frustrated.. That means all of Brother Khrystus' soft copies of his 7 books that he wrote have all gone down the drain along with his AUTOBIOGRAPHY and his Family Movie Script have been all tossed down the drain.
That means that his thousands dollars worth of software to run his other printing equipment that have been DORMANT since Monday, 27th May, 2013 when police wrongfully arrested him have been lost too.
This means that 10 years of local, regional and international client graphics files and portfolios have been lost.
This means that ALL of Dare 2 Be Different International history, video footage, pictures and so much more has been lost.
Privy to this information, Lawyer Butler quickly ensured that all equipment returned from The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force since they were returned GRADUALLY, were immediately and safely secured for EXHIBITS for a future Khrystus Wallace vs The Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis case. (The Constitution of St. Kitts and Nevis does allow for the state to award compensation to citizens in such matters)
This is yet another BIG, BIG, BIG BLOW to Brother Khrystus, KVK ENTERPRISES - www.kvklives.com AND DARE TO BE DIFFERENT INTERNATIONAL - www.daretobedifferentskn.com and all his global family, friends and supporters.
It was hurtful for those around him to see him extremely angry and tears run uncontrollably from his face this morning, probably just as JESUS SWEAT DROPS OF BLOOD having had to endure so much.
Just when the young man thought that he was back up on his feet again, he has to suffer the PAIN AND HURT of hearing that his most CRITICAL PIECES OF EQUIPMENT AND TOOLS OF TRADE WERE seemingly destroyed by The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force and he has a big job now to secure capital so that KVK ENTERPRISES can rise again as cases against the state sometimes take several years.
