WE  LIKE  BEING  THE  FIRST  TO  BREAK  NEWS  ABOUT  OUR  YOUTH - TOMORROW'S  LEADERS  AND  WE  ALSO  LIKE  REPORTING  STORIES  THAT  MOST  OTHER  MEDIA  HOUSES  IN  THE  FEDERATION  LEAVE  OUT!

The Charles E. Mills Secondary School, previously known as The Sandy Point High School located in Sandy Point, St. Kitts, West Indies is ably led by Principal Carla Diamond and her management team.

Guidance counselors across the twin island federation are on a quest to continuously empower the students of the nation to choose worthwhile, lasting and society impacting careers. Earlier today, the counselors at the school named above, Pastor Roysdean Richards and Sister Anester Mulraine saw the career day they planned together come off as a VERY BIG SUCCESS!

After 8 am, profit and non profit organizations began setting up their displays in the hall of the Secondary School. Class by class, students had the opportunity to interact first hand with folks from various institutions such as the police, nurses, army, colleges and other small businesses.

Many students were definitely enthused and excited and also took the opportunity to dress in an outfit depicting what they would want to be in the future. What is quite note worthy, is that Principal Diamond took the opportunity to invite batches from the neighbouring pre-schools and primary school to be apart. An exchange student group from the island of St. Croix also perused the outstandingly planned and organized Career Fair.
