Today, at The Dare 2 Be Different International Victory Centre 8:30 am Worship Service at Boyds - St. Kitts, we sang from one of the song books that our youths put together with songs that they like and want to sing during the first half of 2014. To settle down from the spirit filled Victory Service just before the WORD, we sang.

THE SPOKEN WORD: Long Enough - I'm Coming Out! - Part 2
Our discourse on the topic for today, started last week as we used the book of Deuteronomy 1: 6-8 as our focus verses.
Last week, we learned that the Children of Israel were forced to wander in the wilderness for forty years because of their ingratitude to God and their complaining after He had given them tremendous deliverance from the WICKED KING PHAROAH - head of Egypt at that time, who had them under bondage - under economic slavery.
We were also encouraged not to get or stay bogged down in God's work or other tasks that would prevent us from moving onward and forward and accomplishing the MUCH MORE that He has in store for us.
We looked at POINT 1: WE MUST HAVE A PROPER MOTIVATION.
This week, we'll look at POINT 2: WE MUST HAVE PROPER PREPARATION
It is said that, and I quote, "When Napoleon marched against the Duke of Wellington at Waterloo, he had to his credit a series of spectacular campaigns. Victory at Waterloo seemed certain, but he did not take into consideration some factors that ultimately led to his defeat. The rain made the road muddy, bogging down his artillery; and the winter wheat made his horses sick. These factors and others brought Napoleon to his doom."
Every WISE worker for God - Every WISE Youth in God's army MUST have PROPER PREPARATION in place so he / she is not surprised by unknown factors that may cause him / her to be overthrown or discouraged.
The ENEMY never never stops working. (1st Peter 5:8). . . walks around as a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour.
In our Lord's discourse on discipleship recorded in St. Luke 14:25-35, the Lord gave two parables that support the necessity of PREVIOUS PLANNING.
"For who of you, willing to build a tower, doth not first, having sat down, count the expense, whether he have the things for completing? Lest that he having laid a foundation, and not being able to finish, all who are beholding may begin to mock him, saying - This man began to build, and was not able to finish.
OR What King going on to engage with another king in war, doth not, having sat down, first consult if he be able with ten thousand to win him who has twenty thousand coming against him?
Do you go down to Mustard Seed Boutique on Liverpool Row - St. Kitts Girls? To shop for hot skirt or blouse costing $100 with only $55?
Guys? Do you go into SMART FIT on Cayon Street with no money and walk out with a nice polo shirt to wear on a date with a nice young lady?
Think about it! I can definitely answer for you - NO! NO! NO! We are usually always prepared to get what we want - RIGHT?
Sadly, in today's world, too many youth and now young adults have not made up in their MINDS to say LONG ENOUGH - I'M COMING OUT of poverty and breaking my family cycle of STAYING DOWN - STAYING POOR!
This is so because many persons still don't make plans. Many persons still DO NOT DREAM! We are changing that MINDSET today at The Victory Centre!
We are ALL born to be WINNERS! We are all born to be VICTORIOUS! We are all born to SUCCEED! This cannot happen though if we DO NOT PLAN and if we DO NOT DREAM! We must have A MINDSET FOR CHANGE - A MINDSET TO BE BETTER!
As a school member, we let you come any day of the week and help you with your homework and projects and help you study for your tests and practice English and Maths and other subjects not because we don't have anything to do with our time.
We do it because WE WANT TO SEE YOU RISE AND SUCCEED! We do it because 10 to 20 to 30 years from now once God tarries, we want you to continue to do it with those under you. We do it because this church is your church and I and other older folks won't be here forever!
We do it because FIVE YEARS from now, every where are Dare 2 Be Different International Victory Centre Member Stands - youth or adult, the world will know and say - "There goes one of Brother Khrystus' members! There goes a Dare 2 Be Different Member! There goes a Victory Centre member!"
"They got alotta manners see! They know they Bible see! They always shining in school see! They always up and down the world on planes see! They get free breakfast every Sunday after church see!"
We have to develop a MINDSET to always be TOPSHOTTAS but ALWAYS remain HUMBLE! It can be done!
We are breaking down a NEGATIVE CULTURE OF FAILURE - TODAY!
We are breaking down the WALLS and the BARRIERS and the TONGUES that tell us we cannot be what ever we want to be and we cannot do what ever we want to do once it is LEGAL and we cannot GO where ever we want to Go! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
LONG ENOUGH - WE ARE COMING OUT!
The Bible admonishes us to be prepared! One of the ways we are preparing you here is through EDUCATION! Education is EMPOWERMENT! Education is POWER! Education is WEALTH!
Let us look at life now from a GODLY PERSPECTIVE
Sadly, we see many persons so suddenly getting snatched off this world into a HOPELESS eternity - one full of doom. Only because they failed to plan. If you don't know Jesus as Lord and Saviour, let me pause to extend an invitation to you! God loves you - that's all that really matters in life! Not the job, the car, the money, the clothes, the shoes, the partying etc. ONLY A RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD MATTERS MOST - Why not invite him into your heart today?
Let's get back to the WORD!
Before we do anything, we ALWAYS plan!
In the Christian faith, it's the same thing!
Proper preparation always includes good planning! If we do not have good, sound and effective plans, we are doomed to FAILURE!
We must see the potential that God has placed in us and step out in FAITH!
You DON'T deserve a bad relationship! You DON't deserve the HURT you're experiencing! It's you're fault if you choose to let the man abuse you and let the woman clean off your bank book and turn you poor! You can't blame ANYONE when YOU have the POWER to say - LONG ENOUGH - I'M COMING OUT! I am not settling for ANYTHING less than the BEST!
You DON'T deserve poverty! Get EDUCATED! Education can be formal or skills based. Either - OR EMPOWERS YOU to climb the mountain to SUCCESS!
You don't deserve being held down in life by your family, your boyfriend, your girl friend, your husband, your wife, your boss or EVEN THE GOVERNMENT!
DO NOT LET ANYONE STOP YOU FROM REACHING THE TOP! In the process of COMING OUT - YOU HAVE TO STAND TALL AND FEARLESS AND SOMETIMES SUFFER and even go to JAIL like me to PROVE A POINT - DO NOT LET ANYONE STOP YOU FROM RISING! When they fight you down - RESPOND! There are civilized ways to RESPOND to always SHUT-UP and SHOCK your enemies!
Do not SIT DOWN and LET PEOPLE WALK ALL OVER YOU! ALWAYS ACT CIVILIZED - FIGHT without touching your enemies! Know when to TALK LOUD - KNOW WHEN TO KILL YOUR ENEMIES WITH SILENCE!
ALways remember that we wrestle not against FLESH and BLOOD but against spiritual wickedness in HIGH PLACES
WHEN IT'S BETTER YOU WANT - BE SO DETERMINED TO GET BETTER AND RISE THAT THE DEVIL and his IMPS have NO CHOICE but to MOVE OUT OF YOUR WAY!
WE ARE THE VICTORY CENTRE AND WE MUST BE DETERMINED TO ALWAYS COME OUT WINNERS IN LIFE - NO MATTER WHAT IT TAKES! WE ARE DARE TO BE DIFFERENT INTERNATIONAL and we MUST move DIFFERENTLY and ensure that people see us STANDING OUT AND MOVING DIFFERENTLY AND SHINING ALL THE TIME!
When we fall, we will get back up quickly and JUST KEEP ON GOING! NEVER STAY INCARCERATED PHYSICALLY OR MENTALLY! Break the chains that have us BOUND! Break the cycle that the SYSTEM wants us to LIVE IN! LET US NOT TOLERATE ANYMORE!
LONG ENOUGH - WE'RE COMING OUT TOGETHER!
IT'S TIME TO AGITATE! IT'S TIME TO REACT! IT"S TIME TO RISE AND FIGHT FOR WHAT WE WANT!
I have to be very careful with my words, before I am locked up again for six months for SEDITION - unlawfully and unjustly! But nothing ever happens without GOD's approval - REMEMBER JOB? All things ALWAYS WORK OUT FOR ALL GOOD TO THOSE THAT LOVE THE LORD!
You DO NOT deserve the WORST! You deserve the BEST! You're the HEAD and NOT the tail! You are VICTORS and not victims!
You're Somebody - You are where you are long enough!
